Hi,I undestand very well your sugar addiction,because it is my problem too,anyway I succeeded in some measures to control it by putting some rules like sugary treats are only on sundays and to my surprise I lost half the weight I was struggling to lose sinse four years,and now I am exersising moderately not like before when I use to overexersise to burn the extra calories I got from my sugary food.I hope this can help you,it worked for me .good luck in your weightloss effeorts. |

| Hi,don't panic, it is the food season starting by halloween,Saint Barbara day,Thanksgiving,AlAdha Eid and X-mas.I did a challenge to loose 15 pounds before xmas ,i have lost 7 pounds and gain them back in 8 days eating sweets which is is the weakness of every woman.Today I did the same thing you did ,I asked the help of my family to hide the sweets,we have a lot of cakes ,cookies ,baklawa ,chocolates,I envie them they can eat moderately .anyway the food season is almost over ,we are back to the reality,welcome back. | |||

Hi,congrats ladies.one pound less good sinse I had a strong flu,I took a lot of juice and soupe.where are you from ladies? I am in Lebanon in the middleeast,it is becomming pretty cold.I walk today one hour outside ,it was sunny but cold ,anyway I enjoyed it ,I walked my golden retreiver along with me.it was nice. |

Hi to everyone weight is 104 pounds ,I have lost 1:50 pounds,I am happy to the result although I was expecting two pounds but I had a long long weekend ,full of programs as invitations and so on .I wish this comming week I will d better.today I walk one hour and a half 9 Km on the treadmil ,waiting to know about you ,all of you. |

| hi,if you can't go to gym you can do it at home just a pair of dumbells or just a couple of water bottle as a starting ,a step ,a rope ,a ball,ankle weights and start to move ,believe me just start and yo will find yourself creating your own exersises ,do some squats,lunges,some aerobics movements and the hour will pass without feeling you will love it ,do it infront a mirrorand a Tv or listening to music fast beat.good luck. | |||

| hi,I bet noone remember me,anyway I am still need to loose these 10 last pounds ,I have lost four pounds and gained them back in two weeks just when I stopped this kimkins diet which is to low in carbs less than 20 G,now I am convinced to make a diet which suits my energy need to exersise,tomorrow is sunday that is why I cannot start my diet but monday sure sure I have to sart a three weeks diet(sundays are always off diet)I have a question which weight I have to rely on the morning one or the evening one,there is roughly two or three pounds difference.good work for those who exersise hard and good luck for the new commers and bravo for everyone who has reached his goal. | |||

| hello everybody,well it is monday,usually I am scared to weigh myself after a weekend and this monday I was too scared because I just came back from a long long weekend (thursday till sunday),I spend it with my parents,brothers and sisters with their families ,it was a food festival with no time to exersise ,anyway I felt that I haven't over do it as eating or drinking ,I found out that I have 6.5 pounds to go,good resullts.today as well no diet ,no exersise ,I have a lot to do at home as cleaning.tomorrow ,I will start another three diet and exersise three weeks. | |||

| hello friends,I am almost 54 ,4:10 ,104 pounds .three years back I was 94 pounds ,I use to run one hour ,walk one hour and workout boody weight resistanse one hour too everyday,I use to eat lot of fruits and sweets as cake s,candies chocolates ,and all sweet pastries ,it never affect my weight .but when my life routine has changed for family reasons and can't exersise as before and with sudden menopause ,I put on 17 pounds.sinse almost two years and a half ,I am tring hard to loose those pounds ,I barely walk one hour everyday and still magntized to all sweets.now I lost 7 pounds and have the last 10 to go ,can I join your team ,maybe ,I will succeed to get rid forever from those nasty pounds. | |||

| hi,last year I went to a doctor to help me to loose some weight ,he let me stand on a machine to measure my body mass ,water ,minerals etc.......this machine can tell you how many calories you need to maintain your weight relating to your age height and weight and especially to your muscle .then my calories needs were 1128 calories which left me relying on exersising more than cutting calories .he told me to be patient and to loose only onepound every week.I am over 50 years old and too short with oly 15 pounds to loose. | |||
