| Hay there guys I started a diet pill at the beginning of the month that I did not was related to Alli. Its called Redustat, I purchased it from Mexico. Man did it really freak me out in the beginning. I was using the bathroom like I never had before. I never had an incident of incontinence..THANK GOD...GROSS..Anways my bowels have calmed down since then, I guess in part to not eating fatty foods anymore. I had a bowl of spagetti the other nite as a treat and boy did I pay for it the next day. Anyways I think that pill and my Phentermine and working out have all helped me to lose. I started at 293 on June and today in the AM I weighed 273. Well good luck to all.

| Crystal Lights On The Go and the Walmart brand are really awesome to me. I have a whole zip-lock bag full of different flavors for here at work. Im the same with plain water, I just cant do it. The only time I drink it plain is after my workout. I freeze my water and drink it while I workout, nothing else is more refreshing. Anyways about the CL. You should try the Orange Sunrise Flavor. It really is DELISH!!. I love it, to date its my fave. It tastes exactly like Tang. Hope that helps

Hay there sorry bout that maybe I needed to put the .com, so its nicensweet0516@yahoo.com, I hope that works. Again thanks. Anyways I purty much eat very very little during the week. During the day here at work if I eat somthing its usually raw veggies with some dip, sliced ham, string cheese, pickles, oh ya and pistacios. Thats what its been this last two weeks. Then when I get home if I have time then I eat a salad. If not then I dont eat anything and go straight to the gym. Since Ive been working out I have been doing the same thing. Eliptical 30 minutes (burn 300+ cals), then treadmill 30 minutes=2miles=300+cals. I work in a Drs office so im usually up and about. Then on the weekends I dont eat very much more but I mite treat myself to something that I mite not usually have. So my concern today is that this last few weeks I have been used to seeing the scale go down and down. If I keep up with this routine do yall think itll keep coming off. I would appreciate any advice since I know youve been where Im at. Michellesmith0- Any advice would be greatly appreciated also. Thanks Girlies!!:) Monica |

| Hay there thanks for all that helpful info its encouraging to know someone who started where close to me and has had such successful results. My email is nicensweet0516@yahoo. I would really appreciate anything you email me. Anyways so what did u base your diet on low calories only of did eliminate a majority of carbs? I cant get myself to eat. I feel like I will just gain and never lose. The first time I tryed this calorie-count thing along with intense exercise the scale was not moving for me. Then I went on an appetite suppressent and now I eat very little if nothing and I still work out 6 days a week for 1 hr. Now the scale has moved from 294 in the 1st week of June to 273 today. Anyways I hope u can help. Thanks:)

Faves include Diet Coke Plus, A&W Diet Root Beer, Oh ya and if you have a Sonic around you should try the Diet/Low Cal Cherry Limeade. OMG its Yummy. Basically its just Sprite Zero with some cherry flavor. I get the Route 44. Ive been on there website and the humungo drink that lasts me all day only has 25 cals. Anyways hope u like!! |

| I tried the whole counting cals and excersising for a week and thought with a drastic change in lifestyle that I would see at least the one lb come off but I didnt. So I went back to taking some pills from Mexico. Theyre called Axcion they have an ingrediet called phentermine. Really Really Really surpressed my appetite which was one of my big troubles. Its working, Im busting my but and I hope to keep on losing. | |||

| I know its not balanced but Im trying to minimize my eating and catch my cals and carbs. I cant just not watch my carbs. Anyways but u know what after I counted all the cals in the vienna weiners, cheeze, beef jerky..i only had like 600 cals left for dinner. Anyways and the carbs were very minimal in the things that I did eat. What u think?? | |||

| Thanks alot guys!!! I cant believe how this is feeling to meeh. I just started Monday and this is my first weekend on this "diet". Man is it hard to be here at the house surrounded by food. | Hay Heidi, Tracker great advice thanks. So i guess I dont have to freak out about the whold sodium thing. U see I though that my Crystal Light to go packs in my bottled water counted as my water for the day. But I heard that it really doesnt. A fellow CC friend just suggested drinking my crysal light bottle followed by a regular bottle of water. I think Ill do that. What ya think?? | |||

| hey guys thats alot for that helpful advice. I dont know Im just an impatient person. I want to see the results that I saw before and that fast. What is discouraging is that I started a new approach on Monday which was the lower calories approach and I have not seen the scale move like it did last time. Youre rite HeidiHagen I cannot put the breads in my mouth for some reason I dont think Ill be able too. (well...I have to say except for last nite when I had a major slip-up..Refer to topic: I am offically ashamed of myself). This whole thing sucks esp having to lose as much weight as I do. | Hay well a weight loss of 100 lbs in an awesome accompishment. Good for U!! I hope to lose about that much. Man Ive never been a normal weight. Now that I think about your inital response to my topic the site here said that u need to stay at 1400 to maintain your weigh. U say u have been staying close to that, maybe thats why youve maintained tha weight youre at now. I dont know maybe Im wrong , I barely understanding the whole calorie thing myself. Youre rite as long as u feel good about yourself thats good. Unfortunetly with me I have a scale here at my office and I just cant stay away from it. Ive weighed myself 3xs today. Thats bad. | Hay thanks. Ok so when I look that the Nutritional Info and I supoosed to be looking at everything not just cals and carbs. I hear people talking about sodium, fat. I know they might be important but do they play a big factor in the weight loss part. I know Im not ignoring your advice on a developing heathly eating habits for a permanent lifestyle change. I think what Im eating now compared to what I was eating before is a way better thing. Trhawley can u take a look at my other topic Snacking...I feel like a failure and let me know what u think? | Well Mon, Tues, Wed, I had Granola Bar and Crystal Lite for BF. Then for lunch Mon and Tues was grilled chicken salad Wed was Crispy Chicken Salad ( I know I wont do the CC again). Umm for dinner on Mon was a lil lil bowl of taco salad. Dinner Tues was the inside of a Sonic Burger ( believe me I wanted to nibble on the bun, but I didnt..WOO HOO..LOL). Then dinner yesterday was i corn on tha cob with i md size pork chop. Now the pork chop was fried but I did a good thing by not eating the fried bean, and french fries that my mother in law made. Ok today for breakfast was nothing ( I was too busy) then for lunch it was a couple handfuls or raw brocolli and raw carrots with the Hidden Valley Ranch Dip Mix that I made. Ummm Ive also snacked to 2 pickles and a handful of beef jerky today after lunch. My liquids for the day are crystal lite. Im not a plain water drinker..I dont know why but thats too too boring for meeh. I have diet soda here or there. 1 a day maybe.
So what do yall think guys..How have I been doing?? |

| Ok well thanks for all that. Buttttt......I dont know why I cant get this out of my head. I feel like everytime I eat whether its low cal/carb Im adding more weight to my body whereas thats why the scale is not gonna move. I started at 294 and have gone down to 288. I just started Monday and Im pumped to get this weight off. Ive been struggling my whole life and am ready to be an average weight. My goal rite now is 200. If I can get there than thats a success. Ive be glad to be your bud along tha way. Add me as a friend :)) |
