maddie - I just want to lose it in general!  Haha. I've been a member here for over a year and haven't lost anything.  Bounced around a few times but haven't gotten any lower than 139.

If I can get to it, I would like to be there by September (which CC recommends for safe weight loss).

I agree.  I do lack confidence in reality but the way I carry myself, my fiance always says that I have a 'strut'.  I do not have a strut as he says but I do carry myself well and hold my head high.  It does make a difference.

My ex husband and I had "If Tomorrow Never Comes" by Garth Brooks as our song.

My current fiance and I don't have a set song but Journey - Don't Stop Believin' has a very very deep meaning to us so I kind of just made it our song.

Since I started exercising again and eat one fiber bar per day, it seems to be better now for me.  I still go a few days apart sometimes but mostly regular.

Are you consuming more of something that may be blocking it?  Cheese products or anything like that?

Yea, I would say do as much as you can to get the law involved.  Not that it's an easy thing to do on an emotional level but if he goes from one extreme to the other, I can only imagine the guilt you would feel IF anything would ever happen.

It really seems there is a relatively severe mental issue going on there.  A person who goes from that extreme to the opposite extreme is not healthy.  We all have our mood swings but if it is that strong, it should definitely not be avoided.

I agree, provide healthy food, do not mention that she has to lose weight.  It is the most impact when it comes from parents / family.

Mental illness can be hereditary so I would say yes, he needs to go get checked out.  How YOU would go about helping with that, I am not sure.  How old is his youngest that you text with?

vice - Yea, I don't think I am asking the fiance to do that, unless I 'couldn't' for some reason.  The ring...not so bad.  He offers because I almost put myself in tears sometimes...(I have nails).

My fiance is wonderful and I ran out of tampons (oops, thought I had some) and it was midnight and I had to be up early the next morning and his buddies were over (2 of our closest friends) and they even went to the store with him.  He is such a sweetie.

In response to hkrllick - My fiance is not bothered by this at all (he isnt easily disgusted) and he helps me with my NuvaRing.  Sometimes are more difficult than others and he has no problem helping me out.  =)  He is wonderful.

My ex husband also used to go out and buy whenever.  He was also with me through my pregnancy and the birth of our daughter so nothing really phases him.

I don't have any suggestions as far as mattresses.  Besides getting it as clean as possible (and maybe throwing in some bleach), I would think flipping it then would be the only solution but if its a pillow top, I am assuming you cant??  Sorry I am no help with that one.

Sorry, I wasn't implying thats what causes a UTI, it just was something my Dr suggested to help it FROM happening in case that was the cause in my case.  You don't need to be sexually active to get a UTI.  Sorry for the misunderstanding.

If you don't want to spend that much money, look for a single blacklight lightbulb.  It will be much cheaper and the only thing you have to do is hook it into a regular / small lamp, take the shade off and go around with that.  If you don't mind spending $30 on the light, that's fine too.  Just figured I would let you know.

Yea, I would suggest the blacklight, find where it all is.

If you google "Getting rid of Cat Urine smell" you will find multiple sites on this mixture which actually varies.  I think it depends on the severity of it too.  Good luck!  Hopefully your little guy stops this behavior.

Yes, the blacklight does work.  It picks it up very well actually.  Is your cat fixed?

We had our cat and he was actually I think over 2 years old and started spraying and peeing. Well, we got him fixed and he hasn't done it since.  Getting it out of the carpet and the smell to go away was DAUNTING but it is possible.  You use a mixture of vinegar, water, dawn, etc.  It is not fun and has to be repeated but it is fine now.  (Note: This is at my ex-husbands place.  If it were up to me, I wouldv'e gotten new carpet, now I just don't have a cat).

Weight Loss For those of us who reached our goal weight, gained alot back, and now feel depressed. Jul 11 2008

Yep, same boat.  I am 24 now, 5'1", currently 140-145 lbs (depending on the day).  I got down to 122 at my LOWEST and was so happy and energetic.  Well, life came into play and I gained back a few and got to 138.  Got my butt in gear and went back down to 125 which I was very happy with.  Well, with major life issues, I managed to get back to 145+ and REALLY need to get my butt back in gear and I am!!!  I am eating healthier than I ever have, my cholesterol levels are great, I exercise 60 minutes of cardio a day (at least) and still am not losing.  I quit smoking a little over a year ago and may think that has something to do with the weight not falling off like it used to but I still FEEL better than ever.  I just hope the pounds will follow at some point.  =)

I get very discouraged but I think to myself, even if I never lose another pound, I am healthier than ever (even when I was skinny) and I feel the best I ever have, even if the clothes I have to buy are bigger than my liking.  I wish someone had a miracle answer for me to help but I have been a member here since March of last year and I haven't been able to lose.  ????  Weird, huh?

It sounds like a UTI to me. Urinary tract infection.  Causes minor or sometimes no discomfort when you are actually going but you feel like you ALWAYS need to go.

I used to get them when I was about 18.  To help prevent them, my Dr. told me to always go potty after intercourse...lessen the chances. Interesting, huh?  Cranberry juice as part of your diet can help too or if thats too many calories or you don't like the taste, you can get AZO Cranberry which helps with urinary tract health.

No need to panic but get yourself to the pharmacy or just call the Dr and they will prescribe you something.  The one medication I took caused my urine to be BRIGHT orange while I was on it but nothing too bad.  A co-worker of mine gets them frequently too.  Some people are just more susceptible to them.  Check with your doc in case something more severe would be the cause though.
