| i always gain with tom he is such a pain. i try to avoid as much sodium as i can during that time plus i take an extra b6 for it helps with the bloating. drink only water too. hope this helps some. | |||

| i always carried all my weight basically in the tummy area. all the time i was asked so when are you due? having twins? omg that was the worse. but that was over 60lbs ago and still going strong. most of the time i try to think of something to say back that leaves them mouth opened for asking in the first place. once a very rude woman said real loudly wow you must be due to have that baby anyday now and i said loudly yeah the same day you are due for your brain transplant. | |||

| i know its not always easy to do but what i do is break up my calories for the day. the most are breakfast , lunch and dinner than i split the snacks.
what you are doing is right its small meals throughout the day to keep your metabolism going. |

| ok i am not sure of your goal weight but based on your age and height it says you should be eating 2000 cals a day based on very active also.
so i think your calories are to low for all the working out you do. |

| question since it is high fiber are you maybe not going as much right now? fiber can help you go but sometimes also can clog your system .sometimes when switching to different plans our bodies stall for awhile during the adjustment period. how long have you tried the plan? | |||

| i have been hypo for about 15 yrs now or at least diagnosed for that long have been hypo longer. been on synthroid the whole time . i struggle to take the weight off takes along time and i must exercise or its all in vain. but it can be done. i just recently found out to avoid carbs too so now i am lower carbs and whole grains. the weight has been coming off normal now since switching 2lbs a week. | |||

| my daughter is 5 foot 3 and she carries mostly in her rear. really depends on where you carry your weight. she is most comfortable at around 115. at that weight she wears a 3/5.
cardio really helps her a lot to stay that size. good luck |

| tacky no as a matter of fact i was in a similiar situation...my ex refused to sign the divorce papers always lied to the judge and got it continued..in the state i was in you had to be seperated 6 mos before filing for divorce,,he would tell the judge oh we slept together (which didnt happen) and get it continued this went on for 2 years until he got another woman pregnant and finally let me go..i have been happily married for 5 and 1/2 years now.
so if you are in love and the old one is obviously over be happy for your engagement. |

| most pies are based on 8 slices so 1/4 would be 2 slices. did you try a search for the company? depending on the toppings too makes a big difference but i know an average slice of pepperoni is 150 cals per slice . | |||

| i take synthyroid and have for about 14 yrs now. i take it at night so it doesnt get interfered with any of my other supplements that i take. i take a b12 and a b6 and have done so for about 4 years now. i take my supplements between breakfast and lunch. if taking different supplements be sure to read up on them to make sure what can and can not be taken together for absorbtion reasons. no sense spending money on a product if you are not taking it correctly. | |||

| i started out really hating exercise too. how i overcame this i talked to some people and a trainer at the base gym. they said start out small say 10 mins for 3 x a week. than work your time up each week. it really helped after 21 days you form a habit and i was looking forward to working out.
as someone else mentioned also i do other things too. i walk , bowl. play games outside with me kids, walk the mall and look at the shops. dont get me wrong i am not really sweating doing these things but they are still activities. i even get up during commercials on tv and walk around my living room until the show comes back on. just get started and you can do it. |

| as long as you are counting your activity calories also than no the first week is usally a good loss for most. its our bodies way of letting go of the bad we have been feeding it. | |||

| oh yes eating slower is defianately a plus. my nutritionist said it takes 20 mins for your brain to register you are full..she also suggested the chopsticks said it caused her to slow way down. said sometimes she would have to reheat her food because it got cold but at least she knew she was full. | |||
