she would have to "induce" vegetables and cheese,to chk for the bloat reason.raw veg's has a % of lignin elemntal compostion ,she would have to track the catalyst weither polysulfide pulping or not,raw poly boiled not poly.so if just by eatfewer, and thoroughly and making sure she gets plenty of other food, wont help, would it??? :S |

emm, what u can do is,get to ur pr-bloating habbits, and start inducing vegetables weither row or not, this way u can track whats causing the bloating, like start with them raw,if nothing happens boil them and eat them,if nothing happens induce the cheese and so on. this way ull be able to track the cause. |

Original Post by thymine: ohh really,so it being a thermogenic in 1st phase has nothing to do with it,and 2nd the use of synephrine in it is a metabloic booster,3rd yohimbine blocking alpha and beta receptors. it works perfectly fine with diet and training and ofcourse on the wallet thingy |

Original Post by binge_eater: on the contrary she doesnt need less carbs, she needs to eat her proper carbs, less carbs means less seratonin lvls, meaning tons of problems, other than that leptin lvl enzymes will be hitting bottom thus decreasing her metabolism. as said b4 best thing to do is eat normaly, and stay away from fried food, junk food, soda's, chocolat and so. |

i used lipo 6x ,it does wonders.but ull need to integrate it with a fine diet and gym, without excerising and dieting it wont do anything. incase u decided to work with any fat burner, make sure ur not allergic to it,u dont have any elevated blood pressure,no heart problems, cuz these stuff can kill if dosage isnt administered in a proper manner. | Weight Loss | Water Weight? | Jul 24 2008 23:45 (UTC) |

| k first u didnt lose ur glycogen in ur muscles,it was water retention.
glycogen as u know is the body's way to store carbs in the liver and muscle,u only use them when u r doing hard aerobic excerise thus ur body starts using glycogen, and u know when ur body has used it by feeling feeble and the urge to eat a big chocolate cake. 60% of your calories from carbohydrate, approx. stores about 1,600 to 2,000 calories of glycogen in your muscles. hope that helped |

| am into muay thai, and ive seen alot of people joined the gym to lose w8,some of them did and others didnt,it all goes back to what u eat.
if u wana lose weight go weight lifting and cardio, best combination, and the more muscles u put by weight lifting the more fat ur body burns. |

| Weight Loss | low-carb plan? | Jul 23 2008 17:36 (UTC) |
3 |
| ok usually for females ,there daily intake ranges between 1500 to 1800 calories a day, lets say u need 1500 calories and u balance ur diet to be
40% prot=150 grams 40% carbs=150 grams 20% fat=33 grams so doing 100 grams of carbs isnt considered very low,and 2nd going on a low carb diet isnt a good idea cause after a while ull feel feable, and even gittery. by the way low carb diet is going on a 50 grams of carb a day. now for ur 200 + grams of carbs in ur diet should be decrease down to 150 grams which is 40%,unless u cardio and train every day. |

| ok i do 4000 meters in approx 2 hours and a half so i keep my cal in take on a 4000 cals 60% carbs 25% prot 15 % fat.
it is said that for every hour of grueling swimming training u lose around 1300 cals. now in ur case i guess around 600 to 800 cals. |

| Weight Loss | Heartbreak is the worst diet | Jul 22 2008 22:27 (UTC) |
6 |
| for some reason heart break and getting sick are the best ways to lose weight, but the weight u lose will eventually come back,so what u should do is take it a chance to fix ur diet, and for ur appetite go for a walk and stay with friends or family,it gets ur endorphins or happy hormones circulating into ur system.
anyways good luck and stay strong |

| Fitness | Calories V's Fat | Jul 22 2008 22:24 (UTC) |

| ok cardio is aerobic training where as weight training is anaerobic traiing,so with the cardio the first 20 to 25 minutes ur burn sugar in ur liver and blood ,and the the other 20 minutes u start burning fat than its fatigue.
so i would suggest u go with the weight lifting first than with the cardio. |
