Ive had my own personal goal of losing 20 lbs by Jun 21st... 1st day of summer!! Im 138 now, so 18lbs to go!

i think im gonna try yogurt in it. never thought of doin that to oatmeal lol. even the cottage cheese. makes me wish i had that for breakfast lol |

| yay i made it! this is my 1st challenge, and it sunk in on how much time ive signed up for... but i can do it!!! and it will be good for me! yay!
i did 11 mins on a bike and 10 mins on the eliptical yesterday.... it was my off day. but i couldnt not go to the gym. ok! awesome! |

| hey thanks! I remember one summer i would just walk for at least an hour and a half, and i lost soo much weight, and hey! i wasnt in the fridge. I think Ill try and plan out my day so i dont wind up in the kitchen when im inbetween activities i guess u can call them, for lack of better words. lol.

| yeah, i try and eat alot of fruits and veggies during the day, so maybe thats where its coming from. I guess im just worried about not burning those carbs and having them hang around longer than what I want them too. lol. | |||

| Hey! Im new here! And i weigh 175 lbs, and want to drop it to my ideal weight of 130 lbs. 175lbs is the biggest ive been ever, and since ive been out of high school and working at a desk job, ive just gained and gained and gained.
I renewed my gym membership, found this website and realize the importants of keeping tabs of what goes in. lol. Ill keep u all posted! I have great hopes for me and everyone else out there! Any suggestions or what not would be greatly appreciated also! |
