| I love candy too.....I know it does have calories....but I cant help myself.
I do ok watching my calories in my foods......but when it comes to candy...I just cant help myself |

| this was suggested by my gyno to do this at least twice a yr. She recommends it just to make u feel better....rid of the bloating and such. | |||

| I have hypo too.....I have had for forever....I havent kept up with what my levels are for the last few months...I do take synthroid .150
I have dry skin, my hair falls out all the time, i stay thirsty, tired, my back and legs ache, I get headaches..... these are all symptoms.....but even on my meds, I still have a low metabolism... I say get a different opininon....good luck |

| I use a book called calorie fat and carb counter by Calorie King.
In this book it states that grapes are" 1 cup - 5 1/2 oz - 105 cal 1 small bunch - 4 oz - 80 cal 1 med bunch - 7 oz - 140 cal 1 lg bunch - 16 oz - 315 cal |

| Breakfast....I uusally consume around 275 calories...I have cereal with 1% milk and 1/2 glass of OJ and either a slice of toast with LIGHT butter or a small apple
snack....100 calorie pack snack or pudding.....or grapes...I also drink Wylers Lemonade singles mixed with a bottle of water....only 10 calories Lunch....either a ham and cheese sandwich....around 15 chips....3 pickle slices and a diet coke or wylers lemonad......or.....a hormel micorwave dish thats about 250 calories. snack....same as morning snack...only I may change the type of pack or pudding...but its still 100 calorie dinner....alwyas a salad first...then usually greenbeans or some veggie like that...and a 3oz meat of some sort. |

| I change my routine up....
one day I will just do floor exercises....and then my ablounge another day I will do a 15 minute video and then my ablounge another day I will walk on my treadmill for 2 miles and then my ablounge.... then I go back to the befinning and start all over. everyday around 10 am, I ride my bike at least 3 miles if not longer |

| I have a 13 yr old...she is 5'8" tall....she weighs 237 pounds.
Our nutritionist has put her on a 1500 calorie a day diet. She can eat whatever, she just isnt to exceed tht calorie limit. She has lost a total of 5.3 pounds in the last 2 weeks. Plus she has been bike riding, swimming and playin ball. |

| LOL....I made a post similiar to this last week cause I am doin the same thing.
I had others here to suggest that I take a fluid pill.....and I did.....and it was the problem!! Its amazing how much water weight u can retain and how much the fluid effects u. |

| I use a calorie countin book. It even has fast food places listed such as Burger King, McDonalds, Sonic...etc...
I use it for foods that I cook too. I use my labels on the containers alot. For breakfast I usually eat 3/4 cups of cereal with 1/2 cup of 1% milk....1/2 cup of OJ and a small apple. for lunch...I usually do eat prepackage microwave meals by dinty moore or hormel...they are usually 250 calories or so. for dinner...i usually cook and just measure out my portions. I write down everything that goes in my mouth. even gum or candy..they have calories too. I also have a midmorning snack that consist of a sugar free drink and a peice of fruit or 100 calorie snack pack. I have a mid afternoon snack also that is about the same. |

| Ah...Humor....ur funny......
Im in the bootheel.....a little town called Charleston, Missouri. Im increasing my water intake today...i extended my exercise program another 15 minutes this moring.... Hopefully, doin this and countin my calories will make a difference. |

| Thanks ladies.....I wasnt even thinkin water weight....I was just thinking pounds.
My nutritionist said that I lost so much so fast cause I was short and heavy....well, those werent exactly her words...but thats what she basically meant. She told me to slow it down to at least 1 to 2 pounds per week. I will try the water and fiber...and more exercise..... I appreciate the great advice. Oh, by the way....Im in Missouri |

182 lbs 39 yrs old I went to see a nutritionist and she put me on a 1400 calorie per day diet. I have been doin this for a week now along with ridin my bike 3 miles per day and some moderate floor exercises in the evening. I have lost 6 pounds so far! |

| Ok, I am seeing a nutritionist. She has me on a low calorie diet. I take in no more than 1400 per day. But, my gyno, has given me phenteremine to take just to help me get started. She says I can only have one months supply. Hopefully within a month, my weight loss will be enought to keep me motivated and keep me goin on my calorie countin. | |||
