I am late but I did it exactly 10lb and then lost another 1lb straight away. Thanks all for the motivation. Hopefully don't put too much back on when on holiday!

Sorry crazy at work so late weigh in but on Thurs was 163lb - gone up a lb from last week but still lost a total of 6lb since we started. Really want to complete this though so no alcohol, as then I starting eating everything!

I have been up and down all this week - good day, then bad!

Start - 170lb.    Wk 1 - 166lb.    Wk 2 - 163lb.   Wk 3 - 162lb

It seems to fall off and then just stop and you are still eating the same and same exercise! Crazy, but nice to know we are all going through this together!!

Maybe that is the secret - to date more and feel nervous so you don't eat on a first date. That would be a whole lot of first dates though and that would be tiring in itself!

Hi All

I am a day late weigh in because I had an exam yesterday and had 3 chocolate truffles to celebrate!!

Start weight 169lb, first week 166lb and today 163lb. Think I was carrying a lot that was quite easy to get rid of but have been trying to limit pasta portions etc.

Keep going everyone - we can do this!

Hi,

It is hard to know what 'weight' is a good goal weight (as all your friends and family say you are perfect anyway and not to diet too much etc etc). I have been into sports when I was younger and ate a lot (healthy food but a lot!) but now with more time working at a desk it is hard to limit the portions.

I am 5.8 (and a bit). My highest is 170lb but dropped in 166lb very quickly just watching the portions of pasta etc and leaving all the chocolate alone but still eating lots.

My goal weight is 148lb which I have not been since I was 18. You have to look at your body type as I am athelic and also larger breasts.

Anyway you see all the weights logged and do start feeling a little worried but then you have to remember your height!

Just bought some new scales - very fancy! Still can't quite belive I am excited about them so much!

Hi All

Well I started this on time and had my current weight wrong back then as inaccurate scales (yes I know I am not blaming them!). But now I have bought very flash scales and these are the stats:

10 days ago 169lb

Current 166lb

Lost of 3lb but I have been working really hard to get this and have been eating just lots of fruit and veges.

Hopefully it will continue!! Only crave pasta and rice! oh and cheese! Using the calorie count each day.

Hi,

I am a NZer but lived in London for over 8 years. Love the pub culture but trying to get out of it. I find it so hard when friends want to met in London as it is always in the pub. At least it being summer now we can met in other places but it always involves drink. Oh now this sounds like I have another problem! I don't but just three drinks on a Friday blows your calorie count. Some of my friends think I am a little obessed with this? You do tend to have treats still but always count them! Well it is Friday night ...guess where I am meeting some friends soon! I have allowed myself one wine and that is all!

Hi

I have never written on any chat sites before but having problems shifting my 'curves'. Maybe a game like this could help and knowing that there are other people out there doing this too! At 165lb and want to be at least 154lb when go on holiday on the 12 July. But have an exam before this! Should be studying now but think this is important too!
