Thanks Stinky!  I haven't givin up, tho I've been soooo lazy this week.  But I havent stopped excercising.  I just got off the treadmill 3 mins ago.  I know I'm not working out as hard but I refuse to just give up because of one slump wknd.  I'll get back on track.

My Journal entry for today!  woe is me!!!

I can not believe how easy I gained almost a whole pound in 2 days.  Saturday I felt horrible after have eatin a protein burger from In-n-out and then going home and finding Dominos Pizza.  I had two slices of cheese pizza.  I knew Sunday I was going to have to work extra hard.  I woke up and did my 4 miles on my hills that I drive to when I need that extra challenge.  SUCCESS!  Yesterday was my daughters 1st birthday, of course there was a delicious white cake with fresh strawberries and whipped cream icing.  I did not cut me a slice because we allowed her to go nuts and she dug in.  It looked like a bomb exploded on that cake, lol.  There was nothing to cut if I wanted to. So I got a spoon and dug in.  :( .  I did not have more than 3 tablespoons of it tho' .  I thought not too bad, Ill run it off later.  Next thing I know my love said our friends were having a dinner at there house.  I thought OH NO!!!  That was not part of the plan.  We get there and TROY had the nerve to have barbequed Ribs, which I had none of...Lamb Chops, which I did have....Salmon, yes I had some, Grilled Veggies...I got some of that, of course, BBQ Chicken...had a leg.  Grilled KING CRAB LEGS!!!  I HAD 2!!!!!!!!  What else (ummm) Sweet Potatoes..I had a scoop, not too big.   2 glasses of red wine.  AND A SLICE OF BEAN PIE.  Man.  I was sooo full.  I cant believe I had all of that.  I knew I blew it but damn it I gained 1 lb.  I ran to the scale this morning.  How easy that scale can go up a notch.  But takes like 2 or 3 days to barely move down.  I just wanted to vent before I do my 40 minute cardio.  Now I have to work extra hard this wk.  I wanna keep with my avg of losing 3 lbs a wk.

I started my lifestyle change in the mid of May.  So its been about 1 month.  Maybe a lil over. I lost about 20 lbs since I started. I am now out of the 200's .  I am now 197.3  I am so excited.  What motivated me was ladies home journal www.lhj.com  I was able to do a virtual me its a program that lets u see how u look now, and if u lost 20 lbs or more, or less.  I highly recommend it.  It made me see with a lil hard work how I can look in the near future.  AND I AM ON MY WAY!

Hi everyone!  I've lost 6.5 lbs in the past 2 wks.  I'm now at 200.5.  I started this site 5/30 at 207 but 2 wks b4 that I was between 215 and 212.  Soooo I've lost about 13 lbs in the past 4 wks.  Yay me!  I'm soooo excited and yes calorie-count has helped sooo much, u can actually see ur progress.  ITS AWESOME!

I love Lean Cuisines!  Since I started my diet I eat them for lunch!  My fav is the Salmon with Basil.  And the Baked Chicken Florentine!  I get pretty full too!  I've never tried half of the meals.  I have to try the pizzas tho' sounds like a hit.  I try to keep the Cal count to less than 200 when I do buy them.

HI BECKIEY!!!  Charley HORSES SUCK DONT THEY?  Ouch!  I feel for u.  Got them ALLLLLLL the time when I was Pregnant!  But not since I've been working out!  Try eating more bananas...rich in Potassium,  Charley Horses are caused by low potassium.  REF: WEBMD...searched about it when I was preggo.

HEY EVERYONE!!!!  I AM SOOOOO PROUD OF EVERYONE N OUR CLUB!!!  So much determination and confidence.  ITS WONDERFUL!  Im still at it!  I feel great now.  I have passed that beginner point of fighting to roll out of bed.  Now I look forward to it!

SOUND4U...Thank you so much for your support!  Yes do get a jump rope.  U burn soooo many calories doing that.  BUT IT IS HARD WORK!  But definetly worth it.  I feel so accomplished afterwards.  AND DO NOT give up because u trip over the rope a few times!  Trust me, its nothing like it was 20 yrs ago.  LoL.  I work up a sweat within 5 minutes.  I mean DRINCHED!

LOVEN_HEART...135 MINUTES!!!!!!! WOOOO  I can not go that long!  Not yet!  ID DIE...lol.  Well maybe...what level or speed are you going?  Incline?  How's the jumping rope going?  Which type did u buy.  Im using a SPEED ROPE.

Im sooo excited.  I started my lifestyle change 2 weeks ago.  Weighing in at 213.  I am 5'10.  Since then I have incorporated portion control and walking daily.  Twice a wk I walk up steep hills for 3 miles....whew what a work out!  OMG!!  But I will not stop.  2wice a wk I walk around this trail near my house.  about 4 miles.  1 day I walk about 1 mile but I incorporate Jumping rope.  2wice a wk I do a walking uphill program on my treadmill (THATS THE HARDEST YET)  I push myself to complete a  very hard program, the others I walk at a comfortable pace for me.  None the less I am now 207 and this is my 3rd wk working.  SO in 2 wks I've lost 6 lbs.  YAY me.  I have so much more confidence that I can do this.  I am so excited.  I just joined this site so let's see if it will help me to push even harder, and gain much more success!  YAY ME!
