Hey thanks for the advice.  My stats are 5'4" 112-115.  I am trying for 1800 calories because I run 5-6 days a week and do light weights 2-3 times a week.  Sometimes 1800 doesn't seem like enough.  You are right I do tend to eat on the fast side. Where do you get Orowheats double fiber bread?  What are your stats?

Hey there-

I was looking at some recipes or different ways to eat sardines.  Your recipe sounds good!! I am definitely going to try it!! I just usually eat them with hot sauce or cocktail sauce with horseradish.

It  has 25 enzyme-rich green vegetables, fruits, probiotics. That stuff is great.  I drink it before a long run and it helps me get through it.  The chocolate is my favorite.  I have the packets and use one every day.  It is soo good for your immune system.  I have not got sick at all since taking it a couple of years ago.

Hi there-

I do that as well.  I run for about 30 minutes in the morning and 45-60 minutes in the afternoon.  I feel great!!

OMG!! I am exactly the same height and weight.  My goal is about 105-107 right now.  I just started taking Bikram Yoga for lengthening my muscles.  I have cut back on the cardio for now.  We will see how that goes.  Let me know if you reach your goal.

Steel Cut Oatmeal

eggs

any kind of berries

almond butter (no salt added)

avocados

grapefruit

salmon or tuna (fresh not canned)

sweet potatoes

yacon slices

Greek Yogurt (Fage Brand)

Siggis (Icelandic Yougrt, very high in protein, about 16-17 grams)

Tomato sauce and salsa (no salt added)

whey protein (Bio Chem Brand its all natural)

green tea, white tea, and any herbal teas

Click on this link below.  This is the brand I got.  It gives a bit of a description.  I have only seen them at Whole Foods in snack/nuts isle.  They are really filling for only 16 cals!!

No I don't do spinning. I heard that bulks up your thighs.  Bikram is a series of yoga poses done in a heated room. The room is usually maintained at a temperature of 95-100 degrees. Its awesome.  It sweats out all of the toxins in your body. I just started it and already notice definition in my abs after two weeks.

Yeah I have been doing light weights for my legs maybe once a week or so.  What do you mean Bikram Yoga on a spin bike???  Yeah I thought the point of running was to slim down the thigh muscles. :)

I found these bars called ProBars.  There are 15 whole foods guaranteed in each PROBAR and are also about 70% raw. This means you get optimal nutrient quality, undestroyed by processing. Sure they are more calories but you can break it in half and eat one half in the morning and the other at night. ( I do that).  They are also vegan friendly if you care. Check out the website.

Don't waste your time with Pure Protein, MetRx and other bodybuilding bars.  Sure they have lower sugar but its the fake kind and you will gain weight from it.  Its the same thing as eating a candy bar.

I found a even better brand of yogurt.  Its called Siggis.  Its yogurt from Iceland.  Check out the website below.  You can get it at Whole Foods.   My favorite is the pumpkin ginger one.

Hey there!

I am your twin!! I am 5'4" and 110 and eat 1,800-2,000 calories just to maintain my weight.  If I eat any less than 1,800 cals I lose weight.
