| I have an asiago cheese question! I'm making a antipasto pasta salad that requires it and I've made this dish before with asiago but when I broke open my cheese this time it was all moist looking inside and I've never seen that before it appears like an egg wash, that look. Is this normal?? I'm kind of freaked out. I thought I would ask people in this thread since they seem to know what they're talking about when it comes to asiago cheese. | |||

| THANK YOU!!!!!!!!!!! I love Starbucks coffee YUM. I'm saving all these ideas. Please post the hot drink ideas too!!! My favorite of your tips is the tall non fat caramel macchiato.. I always get iced carmel macchiatos but feel guilty because of all the calories. I've never heard of green and black tea lemonade. |

| Ok I am not doing good. I've been eating so bad the last few days. I have family in town for the rest of the month (sigh.. its going to be a long month) so I'm requesting to be off this list until next month when I can focus more on clean eating. I've been kinda stressed lately and just want to eat and eat. Ugh. :(((( | |||

| I love Thai salad rolls, in fact I love them so much I make them myself now, they are so good and so healthy. I don't know how bad it is for you but I usually order either Yakisoba or a dish called Garlic Chicken (has tons of veggies). And sometimes Satay. It's hard to stay on the healthy side with Thai food unless you order the dishes with lots of vegetables, which I usually do. Thai food is sooooo scrumptious! |

| I'm not going to be much help just wanted to share a couple salty snacks I enjoy. Green olives! Yummm. And also I just bought some cheddar goldfish snacks and they aren't that bad for you and are nice and salty. I'm curious what others wil suggest.I'm definitely more of a chocolate craver but salty treats are also delightful. |

| I love the light garlic and herb laughing cow cheese! I've only seen the swiss kind and herb kind so not sure about any others but I'm a huge fan of this cheese and you can use it on anything plus there's a lot of cheese packed in those wedges! | |||

| Not to hijack this thread or anything but is soy milk that much better than 1% milk? I've been eating bowls of Cheerios a lot lately and it takes care of my sweet craving. I use 1% milk. |

| In my little world a treat can be a snack. I don't like to be so strict with my eating or else I lose interest. A little WW ice cream for a snack is perfectly acceptable in my world. | |||

| mmm yes smart pop is really good and has loads of fiber. I like snacking on apples because they always seem to fill me up and subside my sweet craving. I like Fuji. Also I like the Weight Watchers Cookies n Cream ice cream bars, they're only 2 pts on their system and are heavenly! |

| Nice work, mcgee! Night time snacking is my BIG weakness. I always want to nibble on something while relaxing and watching tv at night. But I know if I eat too late at night I feel gross the next morning. Your boyfriend sounds like my husband.. must be nice to be them! I like the tea idea. I've been trying to drink water up until bed time so it keeps me full and my mind off food but tea would be good too, I guess I forget about tea at night. :/ |

| supersized, Use a tortilla (soft one), lightly brush with olive oil and sprinkle with garlic butter, toast in the toaster oven (or under the broiler)..... Does that really work for tortilla chips? I'm looking for relatively healthy tortilla chips I can use with my homemade salsa. Are you talking flour tortillas? |

| Cheese, for me, is a special treat item. I have it here and there and as an accent to a meal sparingly. But I loooooove cheese so I have to use self control. I'm a big fan of the Laughing Cow cheese wedges as each wedge is only 35 calories and it spreads quite a bit. I also try to eat low fat - low moisture cheeses. | |||

| Thanks. I know I've seen Smart Balance at the store I'll probably pick some up. Is plain ol' butter the best thing when you're cooking/baking something that requires butter? |
