| Hi folks -- very inspired by all of you and it is working. Down 15.2 since January and down 3 lbs since last week. My husband is a coach and I always hear him talk abouth "chunking" a problem. That is -- not to focus on end goal but each step along the way. I am breaking up my weight loss efforts into sections. Just focusing on the day and the week goal. I am also switching different eating plans and trying to keep calories at around 1000 and upping exercise -- even if it is a walk. For this week I am doing apple liver flush diet. Have not been perfect but on a good path. thanks everyone. M. | |||
