I know exactly what you mean. I often fin that I cant control my eating.

But i know one thing... You DO need to continue eating dinner. Just subtract the ice-cream and replace it with something naturally sweet... like an apple, banana, pear...etc etc

Greenbeens with some soy sauce spritzed on them? The soy sauce is only 10 cals per Tablespoon! And it has a bunch of 'salty taste'!  And theres no question on if the green beans are healthy!
Also, I like the General Mills pop secret (100 calorie) popcorn! Its awesome and definately soothes the 'salty craving'... and guess what? Its only 100 cal! The green beans are healthier but sometimes we all have to cheat alittle :D At least its only 100 cal!

I'm 138 (140 on a bad day).

Just started CC & hoping to get down to 115 lbs. Therefore, I need to lose about 25 lbs to get there. My goal date is: October 25... or somewhere around there. LOL.
Reason: Want to be healthy, Sister's Wedding in March and I'm her maid of honor!, Want to look good for next years school year &want to be able to wear a bikini next summer!

  • Be healthy. Dont starve.
  • get active! nothing is a better accomplished feeling than creating a lasting endurance!
  • cheat ALITTLE. If you dont eat anything high in cals., you will find yourself binging.
  • Discuss with a buddy. CC forums and private messaging is GREAT!
  • Have fun! Do fun, active things. Things you enjoy doing. Playing with your kids, riding your bike. Taking a nice long stroll, swim, jump on the trampoline... etc. etc.

I think we're twins! I'm 138 lbs. and 5'3. Im trying to get down to 120 or so. Just started dieting about 2 weeks ago. Sadely, i havnt made much progress :-(  I'll add you as a friend. Feel free to do the same.

Its totally different. She was eating like 500 or something. I know I am eating AROUND The amount of cals. i should, i just had a question on EXACTLY how much. Lets not get rude here, I have the right to ask questions too.

Yes, I just experienced that today. I just had myself some milk with a banana and a spoonful of peanut butter. That should do wonders!

I am 5'2... I excerise about 3 times a week doing about 30 min. cardio & crunches. Not too much excersising, huh? I try though, i just dont have much time. Like today, I have burnt about 240 cals. just working out... but 2,141 in all. Does this help? What do i do?

I ussually have NO problem eating... its just today... i have eaten my normal amount of food... i just ate a bunch of foods with little calories.

My suggestion would be to maybe eat something that isnt very feeling, but gives you calories.
MAKE HEALTHY CHOiCES THOUGH!

Like Maybe... A peanut butter sandwich with only one peice of bread... or some fruit.
