well my opinion is that all diet pills are bad news but I've never really tried them or researched them, it's just hearing a lot of bad things about them that give me that impression. Maybe you could do a google search on Sea thin and see if there's any reviews from people who have tried it.

ugh I know what you mean about being lazy and then too tired by the end of the day.. I can never be bothered to remove mascara

I dont really have a routine, the only thing I do everyday is wash my face in the morning, just with water because soap always makes my skin feel awful!

I use moisturiser ocasionally, I used to put it on almost every day but now I only do about once a week or when my face feels dry. And I know what you mean about the full body moisturising, it takes ages and I always feel like I'm using too much lotion! I only do that about once every 2 weeks even though I get dry skin on my legs :S

Apparantly you're supposed to exfoliate your face once  a week, so sometimes I do that and I guess it does make a bit of a difference.

obviously some guys do actually prefer slightly larger women but I think a lot of guys who say they like curves actually mean like in the picture I posted.

are you sure you can't get cheap vanilla extract? here in supermarkets you can get a little bottle (which actually lasts quite a while) for under 50p and it's with all the food colouring and other cooking ingredients.

I'm sorry I can't actually answer all your questions but I'm addicted to baking too. I just made a biscuit cake today and then I ate half of it :( I can't trust myself when I'm home alone!!!

Anyway, recently I've been using less of certain ingredients and the finished product seems to taste the same. I usually use less sugar, especially if the recipe has something else sweet in it, so it really depends on the recipe how much less sugar I use. When I make flapjacks, the recipe uses oats, butter, sugar and golden syrup and normally I leave the sugar out completely because the syrup is sweet enough and the flapjacks taste probably better without it anyway!

About your egg question, I'm not sure about this but my mum told me that eggs are a raising agent, so if you use them in a cake then it helps to make it rise. I've never tried not using eggs but I guess you could try one recipe and see if it works out :\

Let me explain, you ever see those huge machines which cut down the wheat and grind it and everything out in the fields? well those feilds are home to lots of bugs, the machine cuts down the wheat and any bugs that happen to be on it, the machines cant exactly say hey theres a bug here i better not grind it, so the bugs get ground up with the wheat.

That isnt to say that theres tons of bugs in flour, there is a screening process which removes many of the bugs, but they cant get everything.

And by the way, the way those bugs that get in flour and everything? The eggs are already in the flour.

 yeah, this one time when I was about 12, I was going to bake a cake and our flour was probably a few months past expiry. I opened the bag and was horrified to see all these little bugs crawling about inside it! Scary :S

maybe for some people but I don't really look at the plate when I eat, usually I eat in front of the tv or computer so I'm only focusing on the taste of the food not what I'm eating it from :\

I gained weight because I got too obsessed with trying to lose weight when I didn't need to. Then I gained more because I was going through a hard time which meant I ended up eating too much all the time and not exercising.

I think it is a bit weird because you won't see much or any difference but I think some people just like to see the trends/patterns in their weight and also sometimes I know I get paranoid after eating too much one day and like to see if I've gained any :S

Maybe somewhere between 125 and 133 because I have a small frame. I was 140lbs a while ago (I'm 148 right now) and I was still chubby back then.

I would probably log the middle weight. I was just thinking about the same thing that happened to me yesterday.. I weighed myself and then went to clean my teeth, did absolutely nothing else apart from that and when I weighed myself afterwards, I was 2lbs heavier!

You know how you said the calorie needs calculator is inaccurate for under 20's, do you mean because they are still growing? Because I'm 17 and I haven't grown in any way for maybe 2 years. I asked my mum as well and she said that she finished growing when she was about 15. So even though I'm under 20, I don't think the calorie need calculator should be inaccurate for me?

well, when I eat white fish, 1 medium sized piece is about 140 calories and that doesn't have batter on. I don't know about the chips.

that sucks. I just ate 1300 cals of pie for lunch and my breakfast was 900 cals so just those 2 alone are over my limit and I know I will have pizza later so I feel your pain :(

I think people seem to think the more they sweat, the more calories are burned but really sweating isn't always an indicator of how hard someone's working as some people don't sweat as easily. I think you lose more in the cold but I'm not sure how much of a difference it would be :\
