well i want to think that she is on steroids, and you might be right. but i have a feeling that this women is living at the gym, eating super healthy and making the way that her body looks a way of life. she might not even have a job, she might just make money based on contests. she looks really gnarly right now because she dehydrated herself for a contest to make the muscles look more defined. maybe we can aspire to look a tiny bit like her... meaning more tone! that would be a christmas miracle to me |

| Foods | What's so bad about McDonald's french fries? | Jul 30 2008 18:29 (UTC) |

i suppose it is not that bad if you want a quarter of your daily intake to be in a side dish that normally does not leave you feeling full. if you desire french fries then i would suggest making them yourself!!! they are not as bad for you and well you get to burn some calories while you make them.
we are all in this battle to lose weight so saying that french fries from McDonald's are not that bad is the sound of giving up! skip the fries and have something a little better and i am sure that in the end you will feel a thousand times better!!! Jenn |

- Plot your weight curve
- Analyze the trend of your weight (see under Recent in the figure above)
- Determine the projected target date (see under Overall in the figure above)
