Here's my Tuesday weigh-in:

Starting weight: 163

Current Weight: 145

Weight 2 weeks ago: 146.5

Pounds left till goal: 10

I'm a little frustrated that I only lost 1.5 pounds in two weeks. )-:<

Ok guys this is just a vent! I am so freaking frustrated right now!!! I didn't get a chance to go to the gym yesterday OR today so now I have to go to the gym on Saturday and work my ass off to make up for the past 2 days. And I haven't lost any weight in the last 2 weeks!!! I am getting so discouraged. However, i am hoping that the reason why I haven't lost any weight in the last 2 weeks is b/c I have started lifting weights consistently in the last 2 weeks. So I am hoping I have lost fat and gained muscle!! Grrr!!!! Any motivation or tips you guys could give me would be greatly appreciated! Thanks for listening to me complain. Oh, and by the way I have modified my goal from 130 to 135, partly because I am lazy and partly b/c if I only lost another 10 pounds I think I would still look pretty damn good. I just hope I can reach it by Nov. 1st!!! Talk to you guys again for Tuesday weigh-in! Good luck everyone.

That depends on so much... what are you eating now? How often are you eating? those types of things. If you eat to little nothing really curbs your appetite.. Are you eating healthy and are just looking for food ideas? or what? Water... Anything with FIBER helps tons.. I eat yogurt  w. BRAN BUDS in it for crunch.... How many calories are you eating?

Normally I eat breakfast between 7:30-8:30 and I have a bowl of cereal then around 11:30-12:30 I eat lunch. I eat dinner around 5pm. I usually get hungry between lunch and dinner. I don't want to have a snack because thats just more calories I have to worry about burning off. Should I start eating some fiber with my lunch so I don't get hungry before dinner???  I try to average between 1200-1500 calories a day.

HI, I'm new here. I've never posted before but it sounds like a lot of people have the same goal I do. My goal is 130! I started at 163 and I am down to 151! I hope to be reach my goal by November 1st! Although the weight loss is slowing down a bit so I think I am going to cut my calorie intake from a max. of 1500 cal/day to 1200/cal a day and add 30 minutes of stationary bike riding. Right now I go to the gym 4 days a week and walk on the treadmill for 30 minutes and do the elliptical for 30 minutes. Hopefully with another reduction in calories and adding the stationary bike I will start losing more rapidly. If anyone has any advice for me please feel free to reply or email.
