Ugh, I used to be a model. I actually still am, runway... and believe me I still struggle with it. Right now though I am trying to calm down on the obsession and just get towned and have a nice hot body. Skinny bodies really do not look good in swimwear, just remember that--but toned bodies do. To get a toned body you must eat, and eating gives you energy to work out.  I am relativley small for the runway, but I thought if I was skinny then I could get more jobs. I am 5'5 and used to way 99 pounds. It was sick, I was so tired and frustrated with myself.  Now I am 5'5 and 110, but I still always want to loose weight. But I tell myself if I stop now it will benefit me in the future where its impossible to stay skinny, and you start stuffing your face in your 30's. Take it from me, I've been struggling with this for years. Ever since I was 12, I am 20 now.

If you want anyone to talk to I would be more than happy to. Any information as well.

Hey I am Christianna and weigh 110, at 5'4.  Recently I ate very little (ex-model here), but now I want to start a brand new healthy life!  I want to tone up and jump back to a healthy diet! Tomorow I am going to start, but I would like to share some results and get some motivation. 

Tomorow I plan on having:
Breakfest

Whole grain blue berry bagel with light cream cheese, and some blueberries.

Snack: Fiber One Granola Bar


Lunch:

Turkey Breast slices (4 slices), along with a fruit roll up and a cup of rice pudding

Snack: Rice Pudding

Dinner: Lental soup

Please let me know what I should add into my diet, because I do know that alot of things consisting in it may be unhealthy.

Hun really you need to slack off the low calorie eating. Ever since I was 12 I have always been wanting this fantastic figure... but guess what now I can't keep my weight at a stable average weight. If you keep this up you will get fat. Your BMI is healthy, actually no its not healthy its less than healthy! Really if you extremely want to get a good body (for a 13 year old), than do fun activities and eat healthy. Eating healthy really helps you loose weight, and look great.
Take it from me, I'm a model--and belly dancer! So give yourself some slack, and if you want any help or questions you can always message me. Just remember though, give yourself the calories you need--and if you do you will look fantastic for your age.

So give yourself some slack kiddo, believe me =).
