Good God I love Frappuccinos! When I get the craving, I go for the Tall Light Java Chip (essentially Chocolate chip-coffee) for 190 calories.

Well, if you're not going for deep dish, forget Giordano's Gino's et. al. and go for Pequod's in Lincoln Park.  Just a note for out of towners!

Im vegetarian too, yay! I try to add lentils whenever I can.  They're fairly high protein and low-ish cal.  They can taste a bit bland, but you can spice them up a million ways, or add them to soups etc. If you're not doing the vegan thing, hard boiled egg whites are always good (portable too).

I'm not sure if this has been mentioned yet.  I always log my calories before I eat.  Sometimes, seeing the numbers will prompt me to make better choices.

Gosh,  I still qualify thankfully.  I'm 26 years old.  I started at 133, am currently at 123 and am trying to get to 110.  I'm taking in between 1100 and 1500 calories per day.  I'm not currently doing too much in the way of traditional exercise, though I do practice yoga several times a week.  Good luck on achieving your weight loss goals!
