| Hi, I can relate to you on this.
I can't stand lettuce! I'd never eat a salad as the base is well... lettuce! A few weeks ago I had a brainwave of replacing lettuce with raw red cabbage as I really enjoy that. It's worked really well for me as I now enjoy a nice healthy salad. :-) At last!! |

| I'm the same!
I've only been doing this CC for a couple of weeks and was a little disappointed for only losing 1.5 lbs. This tempted me into having a chinese the other night (I felt so awful and ashamed of myself after) and my family ordered pizza last night, had a slice and fries. I almost didn't enter yesterdays food log as I was so scared to see how many calories I'd had. I almost gave up on it all. But, today's a new day (That's what I keep telling myself!) So, here I am again... |

| I'm ashamed to admit that today i've had a shocking 2,674 calories!! Omg, i can't believe i'm admitting it... arghhh! it's about 350 more than i've burnt off today :-( I was fine until i had my chinese.
I aim to have 1500 a day. I've only been calorie counting for just over 2 weeks, and i've lost 1.5 pounds so far. I thought i would've lost a little more than that ( i weighed myself earlier this evening) and was disapointed. The chinese was a nice comfort food but i feel so awful and bloated now, i feel i've really let myself down :-( |

| If I have breakfast (I know it's important to eat breakfast but most days I just can't seem to stomach food first thing in the morning), then I choose crumpets.
They're low in fat and cal's, they're quick and filling. You can also eat them as a snack during the day. Yummy. |

| In my opinion, you need to eat something light... that could be crumpets to toast to a sandwich .... etc... even a cup of soup, nothing too heavy.... but your body needs something to keep it going through the night.
I think you'll find it'll help you sleep too. |

| In my opinion you should count it... it's what your body is used to. It's still burning those calories!! Although that said, your body can get used to the amount of excercise you do, so if you're used to doing something for a while, you might want to slightly increase it, just so you know your body is still getting the benefits of excercise. |

| Hiya, I just have to say that I met my BF on the internet after chatting to him every day for 3 years online. We finally met after 3 years and hit it off straight away.
I'm so glad, we've now been a couple and living together for almost a year now. I was so slim when i met him, but apparently because i'm 'content' I've now piled on the weight! He still loves me for me, although i'm unhappy with myself (because i've never been this size) and I feel I need to make it up to him. It's my own personal goal to get back to being 'me', but it's something I really want and need to do for myself. Just be yourself, that's all i can tell you. Don't do anything drastic to gain the affection of another... if they really like you... they really like you for being you! If you need to do something for yourself... then do it for you... it really boosts your self esteem that you're actually taking notice of you for a change!!! |

| Wooh... I'd like to go from 147 to 126... I was a steady 126 for about 3 years, until my boyfriend moved in with me. I'm not blaming him, it's just he eats kiddy food... and I gave up on cooking 2 different meals at the same time (one for me, one for him). I've never been as heavy as I am now, and my goal is to get back to the way I was before... eating small but regularly. |

| Thank you! I've been a good girl since monday... it's now friday night (as you well know in England... we can't not have a tipple or 5 on a friday night... it's the beginning of the weekend!) I feel a little bad for the fact I haven't eaten a lot today, but I will make up for it in about 30 mins! (I'll have a snack which is well needed and deserved). I'm the same everyday, usually around mid morning (I call it my 'mid morning droop') but i've found that if i eat something small, or have a coffee, it's picks me up again. Maybe it could be the blood sugar levels dropping? |
