Thank you so much for replying to my post and so quickly at that. You're right about not losing the weight. I've been exercising for how long now and most days i don't reach my cal. required and it's frustrating. But thanks for the advice, it's sometimes hard to find the right foods to eat in order to reach my required calories. I was just about ready to just give up. Thanks to you, now i can really monitor what i eat and make sure i'm getting in the calories needed in order to lose. I'll let you all know my progress as i go along w/these adjustments....Thanks!!! |

| Hi everyone, What if i'm not eating the calories that i need? I'm supposed to eat about 2200 calories a day, when i log down everything i eat, calories would only total up to about 1100-1500, is that good or not? i work out at least five times a week, aside from my working out at the gym, i'm constantly walking up six flights of stairs sporadically three to four times a day for five days a week (because i work on the 6th floor and i never use the elevator going up) and i eat less than my required calories? Is this going to help me lose weight faster? Please anyone w/some information, please let me know....thank you so much!!! |

| Hi everyone, I'm new here....i am... Age: 29yrs. old, Height: 5'7 1/2", Weight: 225lbs and i'm just disgusted with myself. Before i got pregnant i was at about 200lbs. like that wasn't bad enough already, i miscarried about three months after and i gained 25lbs. Suckz BIG TIME! Anyways, i really wanna get back on track and get to the weight that i'm supposed to be at. It's been about three months since i miscarried and yet i'm still at the same weight. Anyways, i really need the motivation and encouragement. I've already started by eating healthy and hitting the gym and doing cardio for 30mins. 4-5 times a week. The eating part started about a month ago, and the exercising just started last week. But i wanna lose more in a shorter amount of time. Any suggestions? Thanks for reading! |
