| Weight Loss | How to resist this food? | Sep 14 2009 13:00 (UTC) |

Why don't you just tell your mum you're worried that you'll pig out on it, and that it would be best to donate it to somewhere instead? That way at least it's not going to waste. And I don't think there's any way she can fault you with trying to be healthy! I've found that being honest about food cravings with others makes the likelihood of you carrying out the binges less likely... Hope it all goes ok :) xxx |

Romantic love is needed because it is beneficial to our survival. If we find a mate who remainsromantically interested in us they will share their resources, and pooling resources in general is good for both parties involved. When it comes to babies the general consensus is that we have these feelings to make sure we spend time caring for our offspring, once again enhancing their likelihood of survival.
Many scientists think that romance is something that our species have evolved. At the end of the day it aids the survival of our species: Not very romantic when you think about it but still pretty essential :) |

Jacket potatoes are a staple meal if you're rushed for tim / too lazy to cook a proper meal. Just pop in in the microwave for approximately 6/7 minutes, do it up with some veggies and other toppings and voila, one deelish meal in under 10 mins. |

Well done! You should be extremely proud of yourself. I'm gonna have to reiterate what everyone else said though, you look unhealthy at 165 and below. You look gaunt and your hair seems to have lost it's bounce. If I were you I'd get back to about 170lbs where you look best at. |

| Weight Loss | Anyone know anything about laser lipo? | Jul 20 2009 11:30 (UTC) |

I'm curious about it too. No matter what weight I am, from 120lbs to 155lbs I always have horrible saddlebags which just won't shift. I was thinking about getting Vaser lipo which is similar in method ( a bit more invasive) but don't know anyone who's had either procedure. |

Isn't that what eBay is for? Cheap clothes, right? Seriously... spend enough time on there and you can come off with some pretty amazing bargains. Half my wardrobe consists of stuff I've found on there for cheap or stuff from charity shops. |

Hun and sweetie are boooring. If you're going to try and get on a stranger's nerves by using terms of endearment at the end of your spiel, why not go for something a bit more original? Kittykat? Cupcake? Peachpie? Sugartits? Dollface? Condescending AND brilliant. |

Nutella... healthy? Oh LOL! Why not just buy hazelnuts on their own and drink some milk? Wayyy easier to portion control. Literally. Don't buy the stuff again. I know just how easy it is to eat an entire jar in one day. Just think about all those calories... Is it worth it...? The answer is NO. |

Original Post by charleet: You have no idea what you're talking about. An EXTREMELY tiny little minority of working girls wouldn't use protection. They're females too and if anything through their line of work know exactly what to fear from STDs. If anything, it's safer to sleep with a prostitute than someone you pick up from a club or bar because they will never ever take a gamble with their sexual health; it's their living. From the sound of it your hubby sounds like the kind of guy who's been using escorts for years. Maybe the guilt's finally caught up with him so he decided to tell you? I would honestly suggest trying to get him to talk openly about his sexual past. When it comes to men who use prostitutes regularly it becomes like an addiction and is extremely hard to overcome. Unless he's willing to make a change so the both of you can work towards a new sex life I'd maybe suggest separating. It'll cause you too much heartache to stay with someone like him in the long run. |

| Weight Loss | 5'8 ..........155 need to lose 15!!! Who's with me? | Jul 13 2009 15:51 (UTC) |

Hey guys. I'm basically 5'8" and as of this morning I weigh 140lbs, 6lbs heavier than when I first came home for the summer at the beginning of June. BLEH. Looking to get back down to about 130-132lbs and then maintain. It's hard because my mum buys so much junk food ( for example there are 6 different cream cakes in the fridge as I type), but having other people as motivation always helps :) Good luck everyone. |

Congrats on the 3days! I'm 15 hours in now and quite honestly wouldn't be surprised if it happens again tonight. Meh. Did you know that even if you purge the entire contents of your stomach you're still likely to digest about a third of the calorie content? Could explain your weight gain. Make sure you keep drinking water / snacking on healthy stuff throughout the day so you're less likely to obsess over binging. Good luck! |

Everything Carmen brought up is valid; within evolutionary and social psychology there are numerous theories and a huge volume of studies and literature to back up what she said. I killed my hair with bleach going from black to blonde so I had to chop it all off. I'm not going to lie, there were tears in my eyes as I cut it all off. Some girls can pull it off really well; IMO it's all about a combination of confidence and good face shape. Doesn't stop me from feeling like I look like a boy though :( |

My top tip for further education: Beer = the devil. You'll probably spend half your time drinking so make it a vodka & diet coke every time. Sure it's bad for you, but it's only while you're at college. I blame about a quarter of my weight gain in the first year on Snakebite. My ex still has the delectable beer belly he got from HIS first year. Ha.

People are so lazy. My nommylicious breakfast most mornings is: 150g of frozen mixed summer fruits. 100g plain fat free yoghurt. 40g of maple & pecan cereal.
It's ridiculously filling, super cheap, and so much better for you than the rubbish premade ones. Not to mention it only has about 300cals. |

Am I the only person who giggled at the title of this topic? Silly me. Anyways. I prefer my guys skinny but toned. I've never found muscles attractive or, for that matter, anyone who looks larger than I do. I don't think I could ever date anyone even slightly overweight either. That sounds terribly superficial doesn't it? My bad. |

Veggie delite subs! I'm a total carb fiend so they're pretty much my fav fast food. Pitta bread with houmous & salad from kebab shops are neat too. As long as you forfeit any mayo / other condiments they shouldn't have more than 350 cals. They're also massive so they fill you up really well, espesh after a night out drinking. |
