Don't feel bad as those skinny jeans were made to make ordinary women feel bad. Hardly anyone looks good in them. The key is to tone your entire body and these may take some time

Hi,

It's a bit unclear as some say it's 275 and some say it's 300. The ab circle pro website is unclear on this point.

I learned this from this Ab Circle Pro Review which has more information on this machine.

I'd go with 275 just to be safe.

I have a friend who lose over 15 pounds in 1 month. All by dieting and he maintained it till today. So maybe some weight loss methods like this calorie shifting do provide faster than usual weight loss

I'm not sure, but it seems to do with getting your metabolism higher. At least that what I understood when I read it.

I never tried it, but yesterday I read this review on that diet at:

It looks interesting. I doubt everyone loses 9 lbs. every 11 days, but I read at the bottom that some people lost 6 lbs. What do you think?
