i totally forgot to weigh in this week. but i did this morning (tuesday) and it said i gained about 6.5 lbs.....in 2 days..i know, not possible, so im thinking its nearing the lovely female time that we all love..plus im getting quite annoyed by my roommate which only happens around that time. hehe
I'll kick it up a notch and hope next week im either on TTOM of over it, so I can lose this hopeful water weight. =] |

| soo...191.8..basically down 5. 2 this week..i like this. I know I'm losing more now because I'm still on the quite heavy side and once I lose some more it'll slow down a bit..but I'm definitely enjoying it for now! hehe | |||

| todays weigh in ...197..so i lost .8 of a pound. I'm just getting over my monthly woman curse (hehe) and I had a hardcore chocolate binge last week, so I'm happy that I didn't gain anything. |

| so..i thought my scale was lying to me, so I weighed myself at the gym today too..and it read about the same as my home scale... I lost ABOUT 6 POUNDS..in one week..so im down to 198.6!! I added swimming into my workouts for the week, and i think its really making the difference...let me tell you..those olympic swimmers..those guys are FIT! Congrats everyone!! I love this monday weigh in! the support is AMAZING! :):) |

| CONGRADULATIONS trashley!! I'm down one this week, to 204. I can't wait to get down 5 more to that below 200 mark. and I've also noticed, if i let myself have a treat about once a week, I'm more on track for the rest of the week. If we keep this up we'll get to our goals in no time! |

| so i moved back to my college apartment this weekend, and forgot many things at home..including the scale. =/ but i weighed myself on Saturday and I was 205. so that would be 2 down from last week again, but i'll get the official weigh in tomorrow =] great job to everyone!! i think weighing in really helps my concentration on the task and especially helps keep me in line during the weekend. =] |

| so i stayed the same..207. but i usually gain like 1lb after ttom and this time i stayed the same, so i guess i controlled those chocolate and salt cravings. | completely, i'd like to lose like..a good 50-60 lbs if its possible, but ya know, I'll know im satisfied with my body when i can stand naked in front of the mirror and don't cringe. =] for now, I'm working for 25 lbs by november-ish. 12 weeks, 2 lbs a month is quite reasonable in my opinion. |

hey hey. May I join the Monday weigh ins? You guys started this off the 20s forum right? i'm 5'8 and was about 207 on monday and its my ttom. ugh. i hate this. my apartment complex has a free gym, and all you have to do is swipe your little card thinger..I walked for about 30mins before i went in to the gym..and there was NOONE there!! it was only about 9:30 pm!! so at least im getting back into the swing of things. |

| Hi everyone! So I decided to get back to the habit of a healthy diet and the gym (again), but it seems like the past couple of times, its just getting harder and harder. It doesn't help that my bf is always saying its all in my head. I think it's great that he likes the way I am, but I don't and I need to fix it. I need more than support though, I need someone to push me along or else, it'll be a good two weeks then back to emotional snacking that I do whenever I'm stressed out, upset, or angry. Oh, I'm 20, 5'8 and 200. I'm at the biggest I've ever been and I can't deal with long term goals. Message me to chat or give me advice! Good Luck and thanks! |

| im not that bad where i need jackets and sweaters all the time, like now that the weather is starting to get warmer, ive noticed it hasnt been happening that often. but lets say i cross my legs for an extended amount of time..lets say..10-15 minutes..my leg is already "asleep." | |||

| thanks for the concern everyone! maybe i should have mentioned this before..bad circulation runs in my family. I don't think I have diabeties because I had some blood tests not too long ago, and I'm pretty sure my doctor would have told me if my blood sugar was too high. Thanks though! i think I should ask my doctor about my circulation anyway though. thanks guys! | |||

| I've been a vegetarian for about 5 years now, and I'm pretty overweight (190 5'8) and for about a year, since I've really been getting back into the swing of working out and such, my circulation has been really bad. to the point where a can't feel a few of my toes for hours at a time. I know I have plenty of iron as well, seeing as I donate blood regularly. I never considered the fact of not eating enough fat or protein, but now that you mention it, on days where I stray from my diet a bit, my body temperature is pretty regulated. maye that does have some type of effect. | |||
