| My whole family loves them !! I just buy the plain chocolate because I use flavored yogurt with it. My fav. is cherry, or raspberry.
A word of warning It mixes really thick don't add anything to it it will work . I also keep a mix and mix up the single version often in a ramakin in the microwave sometimes I add a few peanutbutter chips or top it with lite coolwhip.Then I only eat just one serving when I am really craving chocolate. |

| I was looking through and haven't seen anyone review the cordless wii numchuck. I was really interested in getting one to see if it would help me with the boxing . I always get tangled up.So did anyone try the cordless remote? | |||

| I personally like the taste of home canned better than frozen.
I used to be afraid too my grandma used to can everything also I never got to help her but luckily she is still alive in her 80's so I have gotten some of her instructions by e-mail. Anyway if you get the BALL BLUE BOOK it give great instructions.Also check the library on books about preserving. I promise it's not as hard to mess up as you think. I started entering things in our county fair and ag fair last year and won several ribbons that was exciting. |

| I love to garden. I grow Limas,greenbeans ,tomatoes,cabbage, peas , grapes, (for jelly ), apples,peppers,corn.

| I LOVE IT !!!
I unlocked 2 boxing levels today that is my new fav. My kids are really using it too. I walk between 4-11 miles a day almost every day at at least 3.5 -4 mph on an incline thought i was in pretty good shape . I woke up very sore this morning.But I did it for an hour today again .I have cut back a little on my walking since i started using it. How are you all logging it in? |

| unicat great job on the jogging and the magic # !!!! I did really good jogging this summer(never more than 11 mins straight though and i only hit that 1 or 2 times ) while taking care of daddy because I was were i could run outside but since his treatments stopped and school started back i haven't taken the time I miss it a lotbut really don't have that kind of time. The walking I do is at school during break times etc. 109.8 today boo. |

| well, i think i am officially at the 108 mark i have stayed constant for about 3-4 days. boo i didn't want to go up . I really dread when i finally make it to maintainance my fine line between losing,maintaining,and gaining must really be fine or overlapping or something ! | |||

| Hi, and welcome. I also am 39 will be 40 in may 4ft 10-11.I am 106-109 depending on what day i think the 108 is more of my reality i would like to get down to 103 but it seems these last few are really hard just when i drop it for 4 days it will bounce back up in 1 day and take 2 more weeks to drop it again but I have come way to far to give up now. I think it tells you 1200 in both cases because your deficeit should be 500 cal. but you should not go below 1200. anyway good luck !! |

Well, I am 109.4 today. Hope it lasts . Oh yeah i forgot to tell everyone I got a blue ribbon for my sweet pickles my dill pickles , my banana peppers, and I got 3rd on my applesauce ,my yellow tomatoes , my habanero peppers and my cayanne peppers at our county fair. |

| yes, Daddy does have oral cancer he needs to stop, his problem is he doesn't want to stop smoking.He goes back in a month for a check up. Well i was in at 110 109.8 his weekend. I go tomorrow to put my canned goods in at the fair. Ugh fair nothing healthy to eat there but lots of good things to eat.No willpower for that. |

| Well, daddy had his last treatment today he goes back in 4 weeks to have the tumor checked. Still smokes though so i am afraid he is still feeding the cancer since all the literature said alcohol and tobacco use is one of the major causes of this cancer. i am weighing in at 111ish.I really want to get to 105 before Thanksgiving but i can't seem to budge it is so depressing i was there this time last year!! |

| I bought it a few months ago at target i think not sure this is the first hrm i have had so i don't know if it is soft or hard. I thought maybe it wasn't tight enough because it moves as soon as i really start sweating but i have it as tight as it will go. This really started getting bad when i started adding running spurts to my walk and walking outside instead of inside on my treadmill. | |||

| I have a pf4 however I do have terrible trouble with the strap It rubs my chest raw no matter if i wear it for 1 1/2 hours thru exercise or longer. I have worn it all day to see how accurately i was logging my day in . | |||

| olivia i don't know i am going to really concentrate on portion control & keeping track of what i'm eating. See if i am slacking ( i know i have been ). School has started back so i am walking during break times while watching kids but haven't been doing any jogging or anything afterwards the last couple of days because i am still sooo busy canning i start at 4:30 go until school time come home and do more so my time is much more limited. | |||

| I would like to join in on this. I have been walking for weightloss for 5 years so far. I have started jogging spurts in there this summer. can't do much more than 5 min at a time mostly 3 min.I walk / jog the first 4-5 miles walk the next 3-4 miles. However the weightloss part is at a standstill again . |

| unicat : not sure why that is just how the browns cancer hospital decided to do it. I think it was growing so rapidly it was safer to shrink it first ? . nycgirl : I started doing what so many say don't do . I started wearing my hrm all day , I still kept my self as sed. on here and logged in my workouts but the calories used daily was about 500 more than what this was saying so my deficeit was closer to being 1000 instead of 500 like i thought so i started uping my calorie intake around 300 and it worked. at least until fri when we went to holiday world with my kids and nephew eating fair food i gained 4 pounds i am very swollen { my joints } so i am hoping it is something else. |

| nycgirl : Thanks and congrats to you on the weightloss . Daddy is doing better he has about 3 weeks left on his treatment . My sister had come in and taken care of him for 2 weeks so that helped . I just hope he changes his lifestyle after this so it won't return. [ smoking and alcholism play a large part in this type of cancer ] He still has to have surgery to remove his lymph nodes later. Running " just do it". Actually I had been wearing my heart rate monitor all day because i started questioning if i was eating enough and according to my monitor i am off by a lot but it also showed me my heart wasn't getting in zone until at least after walking a mile so I started playing around with the programs on my treadmill found a 20 min one i could do it had intervals of running at 6 mph of a min or 2 then 3.5 at an icline i got to where i could do 3 of those a day it really wore me out but i could do it so when i started on the track i just started running and would see how long i could make it before i had to stop . I still can't run a solid mile everyday just every once in a while but it feels so good to just be able to do it at all one day i hope to work up to being able to run a mile straight everyday then keep on progressing. I do think it is a lot harder on a track instead of the treadmill. the track is like a paved track that goes through a used to be field and wooded area so alot of rolling hill. sorry it is so long hope you made it through this without me boring you to death. |

| well today and the last 4 I have been 110.2. I have been walking 7 miles a day on an outside track at our park the first 5 I have been walking and jogging. Just started the jogging i am not very good . at the most i can run a full mile in 10 min. 40 sec but after that i have to walk and then jog in bursts. I am really getting addicted to the running though never thought i would be able to do it. Now if my bladder can handle it i will be ok ! | |||

| back up to 111.?/ walked 7 miles today the first four I walked/ jogged in 54 min. so my speed is slowly improving it was 4 miles in 58 min. | |||

| wondering : have i not been eating enough ? I have been wearing my heart rate monitor and it differs greatly from me adding it to my activity log. Wonder if i should take myself off sedentary ? I am staying at 111 or 112 daily and have been eating more calories since wearing this. off topic anyone know anything about radiation therapy for cancer ? Daddy finally gets to start his today he will be going 5 days a week for 7 weeks just wondering what to expect. Daddy doesn't like to tell me much and will not let me go with him and i try to respect his choices as much as possible since i'm sure he feels out of control with everything right now |
