Hey Tishea  6 firm workouts is great!!!!!!!!!!!!  I really need to get back and push myself!  we just found out my mother in law is sick... she has a brain tumor and will need surgery on oct 11th :(  so needless to say things have been really crazy around here and I have not been working out. I really need to start back up it might be just what I need to get my mood up. Thanks for posting Please keep it up so it will give me the motivation I need to get moving!! :)

 

michelle its ok if you are not working out everyday or even for the week keep with checking in with us to chat and you might find yourself starting back up!!!

WOW Tishea 23 lbs and all those inches thats great!! years ago the firm had me in great shape but as time passed I stopped.  Now at 44 Im sure it will be harder to get back into shape but I am going to do it and the firm is the way to go it works!! Try it Luv  you will see results!

today hard core fusion.... and drink at least 64oz of water  today!!

Ok did not count calories yesterday  but think I did ok? I guess I will restart just to be sure... I need to keep track those calories have a way to sneak up on you when you are not looking :)

 Hi Tishea and michelle!

well I did not make my goal last week of 3 firm tapes...but I did get 2 in :) This week I will meet my goal of 3 tapes and drink more water.

 Frown I cant seem to make a week of clean eating!!! My dad made his pizza and calzones and sent some over to my house and of course I had to eat some!!

I am making a new start today ! I can do this :)

Hi bigmommah I remember firm-parts upper body I need to dig that one up. I have all the old tapes too. I just got the new ones and they are pretty good, but my all time favorite still is volume 1 with susan harris I just ordered it in the dvd form!!:)

 

 okay for today I am going to do cardio overdrive ,I like the ones that use weights more than  cardior but I need to do bothSmile which one for you today michelle???Linda~

 WOW  I just finished hi-def sculpt  its been a while I hope I can walk tomorrow lol!! I really like this tape a lot of weights and not a lot of  dance cardio. tomorrow I am going to try cardio overdrive. Have a good workout everyone im off to work .linda

 I love the firm I have all the old tapes I think the first one was in the 80's vol 1 with susan harris it was one of my favorites. I need to get back to the firm so I ordered the new workouts too. I think a firm club will be great! I'M definitely in michelle came up with FIRMIES check in lets get started girls and start firming!!!

  Hi michelle I love  the idea!  I will also go for 3  my first one will be hi-def sculpt from the transfirmation  workouts.  I am going to workout this morning before work.....  what tape  did you do??   FIRMIES check in sounds  like just what i need to get me going! Linda~

     Thanks  I will check out cathe.com  but first I have to get through a firm tape! lol... I also have the old tapes I bought volume 1 when it first came out and have all of the following ones  it must be 20 or more.  I loved the firm years ago and was in great shape but then im not quite sure what happened??? I started exercising less and eating more  and then no exercise for a few years and hitting 40 and  there I was  170 lbs later :(   I see you already lost a few lbs michelle what type of plan are you following? ......
