| I really was impressed with the results I got with this workout back when I did it in July. I've moved onto Hip Hop Abs and Turbo Jam, and I'm back on Hip Hop Abs. What can I say? I like variety ;)
But come January I'm going back to do another round of Slim in 6. While the workouts can get a bit boring and the music is a bit lame, the results are amazing! And so so worth it! I'm really looking forward to starting 2008 with a leaner me. Especially in time for my birthday in February! Angie |

| I'm just about done with my SI6. I'm on week 5. So far I've had great results. I've lost a couple of inches in my waist. And I've lost four pounds. I've had quite few compliments already on how much weight I've lost! I'm eager to move on to a new program though. It does get a litle boring after awhile. It's a great program, with great results, but it can get a little repetitive. I've ordered Hip Hop Abs and will do that after this.
Anyone here use WOWY on the Beachbody (Milliondollarbody) site? sweet tart, you seem very dedicated to the program. Are you registered with the Milliondollarbody? Maybe I'll see you on the boards sometime. KPP (Keep Pushing Play)! :-) |

| Just started my third week today and tried BIU. It's really a workout. But I got through all of it with a couple of mini breaks. So far I've had good results in my first two weeks. I lost 2 and a half lbs and an inch of my hips and my waist. Only 4 more weeks to go. | |||

| Cool! A Slim in 6 Thread Yay!
I just started Slim in 6 today. I got this DVD last year and I had done a couple weeks of it but I stopped. I did get some good results though. But I've recently started exercising again (Walk Away the Pounds and gym) and want to start this workout again. I just started Start it Up this morning and felt more comfortable doing it than the first time I did it. But, I'm probably in better shape than I was last year. I think I'm going to give RIU a try tommorow morning and see how it feels. Otherwise I'll stay with the SIU for a few days. I'm very excited to see what results I'll have. |

| I actually was skeptical about it. I'm currently on Weight Watchers. And while I'm happy with it, I've reached a bit of a plateu so I thought I'd try this for just the 2 weeks to jump start the weight loss. I have a wedding party to be in this month. And you know what? It's workiing! I'm seeing results just in this first week! I started on Mon and weight was 131lbs. It's now Wed and I weigh 128 and a few ounces! Of couse I'm incorporating exercise too. I've been doing Walk Away the Pounds - the 2 mile walk. I've done it Mon and Tues morning. I've also noticed that this diet has also nudged me into eating more fruit. Since I need to feel full and don't want to rely on just the snack bars or the Proteiin water. I try to include more fruit like apples and oranges and pears. But I agree. The Special K Challenge is not something you should stay on. Just something to jump start the weight loss. Weight Watchers has taught me about a lifestyle change in eating and not so much about being on a diet. And I feel I've been able to change my eating habits. I just consider this to be a 2 week weight loss booster. | |||
