Always remember any exercise is good exercise.  Walking around your room for 20 min. burns about 100 calories.   Tighten you but and abs during the day.  When you pick things up tighten it up!

Hello, My name is Caron.  I work second shift and I love to sleep and eat.  oops I mean in the past I would sleep and eat.  Now I am only sleeping 7-8 hrs instead of 10-12 hrs.  I was just board.  I am looking to lose 25 lbs.  I am 5'4" and weight 156.  I love junk food and lots of it.  My boyfriend is 5'10" and he weight's 150.  All he eats is junk food and fast food.  So it is hard!  I love advice!

I try and stay in the front and back isles.  The middle isles tend to have junk food.  I don't even walk down them.  Frozen and fresh isles.

Thanks someone told me that strength training is better.  They said to just lift weights and walk for 20 minutes three times a wk.
