| I love love love techno (progressive or trance) when it comes to working out, and some of the hip-hop songs I have been able to check the beat with the pace on the treadmill, so now I know that if I walk to the beat of a certain song... I am walking at 3.3 miles an hour. Here's my faves... -Believe, Diving, mainline, Until you love me- by "4 strings" -The Adventure- by "Angels & Airwaves" -Get Up, Like a boy- by "Ciara" -What You Waiting For?- by "Gwen Stafani" -We be Burnin- by "Sean Paul" (my 3.3 mph song) -Give it to me- by "Timbaland" -The Way I are- by "Timbaland" I have pretty eclectic music tastes... but these are great (or at least I think so) |

| Whoa there, slow down. :) I mean that in the nicest way. First of all, lets remember that where someone might be a size 14 at Lane Bryant, or Avenue, that same person might be a 18 or 20 at Old Navy. So remember to consider those facts. Second, do you remember seeing the big plastic hunk in school that represented 5 pounds? You lost 4 of those!!! That's a huge accomplishment. You are probably eating healthier, and that is really important too. I know how excited you are to fit into a smaller size, and you will. Don't quit, it will happen. Be proud of yourself. You are doing great. | |||

| ok, six encounters for the week of August 16th. And I guess I am going to give out a little tip for a position that really works your leg muscles. This is sooooo embarassing! I think it is called "the monkey" but it is alot like the woman doing squats. The man lays on his back and brings his knees up towards his chest, then the woman sits down on him facing away from him. You can use his knee\shin area to balance yourself and work your arms in conjunction with your thighs and calfs. Hope that was a clear enough explanation, and now I am going to go climb in a hole because I can't believe I just wrote that! :) Go SEXERCISERS!!! | |||

| I totally understand how frustrating it is to be working so hard, and feel like you are going nowhere. Because I was at a stand-still for almost three weeks! I just kept telling myself that it is scientifically impossible not to loose weight over time if I am eating less calories than my body is burning. Do make sure you are eating at LEAST 1200 calories a day. That is really important. Don't give up!!! Be in this for the long haul. | |||

| hello everyone, I'm 30, 5'7" and 231.5 pounds as of today. I lost an immediate 15 pounds a month ago but stupidly put myself into starvation mode by eating way too little calories, and now am trying to just stick with it and not get frustrated that I am eating between 1100 and 1300 calories a day and not loosing any weight. Anyway, I could use an accountability partner to talk to. I am a female from California and have three kids. Was skinny until the kids came around. :) | |||
