Where to begin, I have put you through such a rollercoaster ride, all I want to give you is a beautiful physical fit fantastic life. I owe you that much... and I will give you that. | I will have to blend everything for six weeks. I will have thing such as Ensure, Tomato Soup, Mashed Potatos, Um,Yogurt smoothies...pretty much anything soft that I can blend... I will not be able to work out at all the six weeks that I am wired shut but I am hoping to still watch what I eat/drink for calories so I do not gain a lot of weight. | |||

| i am the college student yo yo on my FIFTH year!!! I am from MN so in the winters there is minimal walking unless you like to FREEZE so I gained a good 20 pounds over the four years and then I have lost almost half of it and working on losing more i think its hard in college because you get the late night snacking when you study and the social pressures of eating out with friends as a social function but now i just want to work out work out workout and watch myself get thin lets just get motivated haha | |||

| me too I always ruin my diet on the weekends it KILLS me :( I was down to 171 and now back to 175 I work hard all week get low then gain back WE NEED TO SAY NO! | |||

| I bought some the other day at walmart, and I just do not know like today I am bringing a can of the slim fast and half a sandwhich for lunch but to me drinking calories is annoying because for 220 calories/can I could be eating a pretty big lunch! We will just have to see how it goes, thanks! | |||

| PMS :) hehe this week has been pretty ugly, I am a big snacker and I do SO great all day long but when I am home and just sitting around after work I am tired exersizing is on my mind all day but then when I get home I dont want to do anything but eat and relax...Like a million other days today is going to be my start fresh day, lets just hope this day sticks :) | |||

Week two is hard that ninty seconds of running seems so long and i feel like i run so slow but i know i am getting a good work out I am a puddle of sweat when I get home! |

| I run outside for now, as it gets to be colder weather I will begin to go to the gym again, as for now I just run around my block somedays around town but I live in a busier town so I get annoyed when i have to stop for traffic so going around home is much easier! do you think running will make you lose a lot more weight or not really? | |||

| Every night before bed I kind of figure in my head what I will eat the next day, it really helps me and then right away in the morning before work I put in what I had for breakfast along with what I am bringing for lunch, then I know what I have left for dinner and I can think about what I want to make through out the day if I do not already have it planned out. A big thing for me is saving enough calories for a night snack, I love my icecream and am anxious to have it all the time, today I have saved 260 calories so I can have a cup tonight, pathetic I KNOW Best wishes and good luck to you! | |||

| I tried these tonight and they were great, 24 calories per potato skin
5 baking potatos (baked and cooled) 1/4 cup butter/margerine Season Salt cut potato in half, then in half again long wise, then cut into half again to make the potato into 8 wedges scoop out most of the potato, leaving a little towards the skin place on cookie sheet and brush butter onto both sides then sprinkle with season salt or seasoning that you like (taco seasoning is pretty good too) bake at 400 until crispy enough to your liking they are really good and you do not use all that much butter it calls for a lot but I spread it on thin with those ingredients listed each wedge is only 24 calories, I ate a ton of them tonight they were delicious! let me know if any of you try them! |

| I made a tuna patty tonight and it was pretty good I just used egg white, tuna 1can and five saltine fat free crackers...it was okay, I think it could have used onion and the mayo like you all suggested but I was out but I will be making the patty again it was filling and delicious! | |||
