Sweetheart, I am old enough to be your grandmother.  I can not urge to enough to talk with your parents about this issue.  When I was your age I remember feeling as you do now.  I remember working out everyday to get to that ideal weight. I did not have parents that I thought would understand or for that matter really care.  I was wrong!  And I started an up and down journey that I am struggle with to this day.

In addition, who you are is so much more than what you weight.  I know that at 14 you are so very very tempted to let your peer group tell you what is important about you.  I encourage you to realize that this is just not so!  Find someone that you know loves and accepts you and talk with them - parent, grandparent, aunt, uncle, somebody.

I am praying for you.

Actually I know a nutritionist is Dallas, TX who does say you can actually eat more this way because you are burning more calories.  His analogy is that you keep the calorie burning over on high all day.  It seemed to work for me but that eating 5 small meals which was supposed to be like one small plate of food every 2.5 to 3 hours drove me nuts.  Spent all day thinking about food.  Just did not work for me even if I did get more actual food.  Just my experience.
