| Wow - I'm impressed with you all! Sorry slow to post, I was out of town all week and had some problems getting online yesterday. But, I'm still holding fast at 115. No change.

I'll be away on a business trip all week (i.e. not in control of my meals/no gym time) so wish me luck! I'll be happy if I haven't gained anything by the time I get back. |

| Welcome, newday! Glad to have you here!
Sizes: At 115, I'm about a 4/6 in most pants at the moment, depending on the brand. This weekend I went shopping and bought a dress that was a size 2P. :O It must be a big 2, but I've never worn a size 2 anything before. Veeeery nice. |

| Good for you, Flo! You?ve got the right attitude about it. I?ve found that the best thing to do after a bad binge (and we ALL have those days) is pretend it never happened and go on with your calorie/activity plan as usual. Don?t let it be the excuse to give up. You?re so right about that!
I have a friend that lost 15 pounds last year and she actually had a routine of letting Saturday be binge and eat-whatever-you-want day, then went back to a strict diet the other 6 days of the week. It worked for her because if she didn?t feel like she was depriving herself quite so much. Not sure if this is really the healthiest way to lose weight, but the point is that one day of having the munchies doesn?t have to deter you from your long term weight loss goals. You are SO still going to get back on track and lose all you want to. |

I'm down 4 to 116 this week. BUT, I've been sick and had no appetite all week, so I'm fully expecting a couple of those to crawl back on once I feel better and more like eating again. I?ve been sick the last few days with a cold that?s got me doing zero activity. It sucks! On the up side (and the only up side to being sick) I have lost a couple of pounds. I?m just hoping they?re not the coming-right-back-on-once-I-get-my-appetite-b ack kind. Ann ? your running is inspirational! 9 miles? You rock! Congrats on the downward moving scale, Flo! I'm Susannah's daughter. Glad I made it in - the challenge sounds fun! Yes, I hit the gym this morning (good news) but the pizza and beer party wasn't as kind to me as it was to Mom (bad news). I'm up 2 pounds. Waaa! 120 this morning. Robin |
