Nice, I found it. 120 calories for the chicken breast. So with the salad and the lowfat balsamic vinaigrette it comes to 180. Thanks! I'm gonna pretend I didn't eat like 4 handfuls of my boyfriend's fries. :/

Thanks guys, definitely buying the Monistat Chafing Relief stuff tonight, it heals as well as prevents? And I will NOT be walking another mile and a half in a skirt(or heels for that matter)again anytime soon, lol. Not until there's no more chub to rub!

Thanks guys, good suggestions. Now I'm wondering what will help it heal most quickly. I just put aloe vera gel on it since it's the only thing I have around and it is burnlike, figure it can't hurt. You get strange looks having to waddle around with your legs spread widely. :/

Ugh I definitely relate. In my office I'm 2 feet away from a cauldron of tootsie pops, a huuuge bowl of m&m's and a ceramic witch with chocolates coming out of her mouth, lol.

Thanks guys! I think I did okay. And ended up sweating alot of it off at the show, so I'm trying to not stress over it. :)

Ugh, I have this problem as well. But for 22 pieces (Brach's) it's 140 calories and no fat so that isn't too bad is it?

It reallyreally does help to just do away with all things bad. I live with my boyfriend now and he's being helpful and eating the same healthy things I eat and it makes ALL the difference.

I enjoy the Michelina's Lean Gourmet frozen entrees. They're way cheaper and there's a fairly good selection. I like the salisbury steak(which I normally hate) and mashed potatoes. Only 210 calories.

So far...

I took a grapple to work with me, and when I got home I made a quasi-grilled cheese in the toaster oven. Lite wheat bread, slice of cheese and a teeny bit of light margarine. I had a little vegetable juice and small bag of Smartfood popcorn with that.

I'm still hungry...

Mm I've never tried the veggie delite salad. It has some of the veggie patty in the salad or is it just a bunch of vegetables?

I love the Veggie Delite sub on wheat with everything except mayo and cheese. Also all of their soups are good and all under 200 calories except the chili con carne and cream of potato. lol I used to work right next to a Subway. :/

I haven't eaten yet today, only been up for an hour or so.

But yesterday consisted of...

Breakfast: Skipped it. :/

Lunch: A fettucine alfredo Lean Gourmet and a slice of lite wheat bread with nonfat I Can't Believe It's Not Butter. (In this case you definitely believe it, lol)

And Dinner my boyfriend and I went to Potbelly's. It's all in the name. :X I got the chicken salad on wheat without extra mayo, ate about 3/4 of it. I came home and looked at nutrition facts and realized that the chicken salad had just as much if not more than some of the other seemingly more fattening sandwiches. The Pizza Sub, The "Wreck" that my boyfriend got and so on... Why was I under the impression chicken salad was healthy? heh Anyway, I had a 100 calorie pack of Sunchips with that and half a pickle.

Snack: Little packet of Welch's dried Tropical Fruit and about 3 cans of Diet Peach Wedge soda throughout the day. Ohh I'm such a sucker for artificial sweeteners. :(

I just joined yesterday, and I feel like this should be pretty helpful in motivating me, it's interesting to see what others are eating and doing and such.
