i usually read on the eliptical, but if that is too fast paced and bouncy for you then power walking on a treadmill is also good exercise...and much easier to read!

im in love with fruit salads but its really easy to eat too much. moderation is key. im a really fast eater which isnt a good thing, and i find it easier to slow down and enjoy when i cut things into smaller pieces. instead of using whole strawberries, cut them into fourths. cut cherries in half, and watermelon and canteloupe into smaller pieces than normal. it makes the whole thing seem bigger without adding unnecessary calories!

biking is a great summer activity that burns a lot of calories! try going to a towpath or something with a lot of things to look at, or go with a friend so you dont get bored. the time flies by!
