| thafley, I started the special k plan on 6/6/07 usually all i have for breakfast is coffe w/creamer. around 10:15 a.m. which is my first break at work i have 1 cup of special k cereal w/2/3 cup lowfat milk. I have cereal w/milk for lunch as well then around 2:30 p.m. 2nd break i have special k bar and for dinner i try and have chicken w/ steamed vegetable or canned also snack on fruit. hope this helps | |||
