smofinator don't get discouraged what has worked for me is staying on a 1200 calorie a day and so far i have lost 14 pounds as of today. Maybe try going back to the 1200 calorie

thafley, I started the special k plan on 6/6/07 usually all i have for breakfast is coffe w/creamer. around 10:15 a.m. which is my first break at work i have 1 cup of special k cereal w/2/3 cup lowfat milk. I have cereal w/milk for lunch as well then around 2:30 p.m. 2nd break i have special k bar and for dinner i try and have chicken w/ steamed vegetable or canned also snack on fruit. hope this helps

Hi I also just started this but what kind of shake program are you doing? i tried the special k diet so far i lost 10 lbs since 6/6/07.
