I am going to try for 16 8oz glasses a day, a total of 128 oz a day. Because I am in a wheelchair and have to cath I think that means I will have to add another trip to Ba/Rm. we will see,  the Dr. is always complaining that I don't drink enough water, so this will make him happy and help make me healthy as well.
