one thing you should do is to get out of bed when your not sleeping in it. (so from that 11-3 period that your just tossing and turning, get out of bed. your just conditioning your self to not sleeping in bed, so do go to bed till you feel like your just about to pass out)

dont exersise be for you go to bed (even tho you may be tired your body is then wide awake and can make you stay awake)

dont nap. this will make it harder to fall asleep earlyer

look in to meds for sleep and anxiety either one can help alot

cut down on caffeine.

if you go to sleep with any lights (tv computer etc) or sounds try turning them off.

all of this is just basic sleep hygene. but i think your main problem is anxiety which is causing your insamia (could also be the other way or something compleatly diffrent but from what you said thats what it  most likely is.) so if you get treated for the anxiety (maybe the zoloft is not working for you anymore, or you need to switch, it usualy takes a while befor you can find a medication that works right for you or you need to change the amount) the sleep problems should start going away

Health & Support Panic Attacks after Exercise May 28 2009

panic attacks and exersise go together for people who have them.  the same system that acts up when you exersise (ie. increced heart rate, sweating, tensing mussles, etc) are the same body reactions as when you have a panic attack.  when you have panic attacks you get a conditioned responce, your mind interprets how your body feels during/after you exersise as a panic attack which you then precede to start panicing because your having a panic attack and it just goes in a vicious little circle.  it is particularly strong if you get panic attacks from a bodly function (like i have emetophobia if i feel the slightest bit nautious or light headed i will go in to a full blown panic attack, so i would have a worse assosiation with after affects of exersise than say a person who is afraid of spiders because not only is it a conditioned bodly responce i would also have the triggers that happan before vomit along with it)

so yes it is very common. so like the others said make sure you have food and water with you, take slow deep breaths, tell your self there is nothing wrong its just a panic attack, and try to distract your self or have a mantra.  also work on relaxing your body/deep breathing every day for like 5-10min when you DONT have a panic attact.  this will help you be able to calm your self down when you do get them, and eventualy you will start to not have panic attacts after exersising (but its a process and takes time)

good luck

Weight Loss Water To Control Hunger? Is This Just Rubbish? Nov 24 2008
23:50 (UTC)

its not really that water fills you up. its that a lot of people cant well tell the difrence between hunger from dehydration (they have similar symptoms) that's why a lot of people will tell you to drink water, not because it fills you up but because you might have actually been thirsty rather than hungry. but if it is hunger and not dehydration then water will not last you very long.

Fitness I feel bad while exercising Nov 08 2008

what kajikit said is true, to add to that, insted if doing a total body work out every time section it off. like one day consintrate on just upper body, another day lower body, another day core and back, and then a less intence total body. it will fatigue them faster if you consentrate on a smaller aria.

usualy a rep is 8-15 you should be using a weight heavy enouf that by the time you get to the last few reps it should be hard to do, if its not then you need to up the weight. like for squats. add weight to it. and make shure to give the mussle a short brake between each set (10-30 seconds depending on how hard you worked the mussle)

and finaly it takes time to see results. you have to keep it up for couple of weeks before you start seeing diffrences in how you look. but with in days you should notice that your feeling stronger.

Weight Loss Let Me Get This Straight... Nov 06 2008

1. that is true. it all has to do with the math of it. it takes 3500 cal to make a pound .now lets say you need 2000 a day to get a deficit going slightly over wont hurt you because you burn that 2000. so if you ate 2120 that day it ends up being 120 over and that is far from 3500 hence you would maintain the weight. and its the same for lousing except in the opposit direction. so you dont need to increase the amount of exersise but it will go much slower if you dont (pluss you have to rember to readjust your cal intake to match your new weight)

2. the reason people who have more weight to louse get rid of it faster than those who have less is because they will initialy have a larger cal deficit. lets say they were eating 3000 a day and they go to 2000 a day thats a 1000 diffrence. if a person is going form 2000 to 1500 that is only 500 so the first person will in the begining louse faster, but it will slow down as they louse weight.

Fitness thigh size - exercise effects? Oct 09 2008

the only way you would get overdeveloped thighs would be if you did a whole lot (and i mean a whole lot) of skating.  what it will do is give you muscular thighs but not over developed ones. skating will tone up your entire body like running did for you. the twisting motion will tone your tummy and back. the pumping motion will tone your arms. the skating its self will tone the legs. and youll improve your balence.

Health & Support Paranoia? Aug 02 2008

being afraid of the dark is a common fear im thinking that you were having a panic attack. its nothing silly about it it just happans and it can form out of no where. like im tarrified of thowing up. anything assosiated with it and i will freak out. (at one time after i got sick for about 2 weeks i would not sleep because i was afraid of getting sick at night, i wouldent eat or drink water cuz it could come back up. (i litteraly lived off saltines and gatorade) i would also carry plastic bags with me every where i went in case i got sick. it was bad times. compleatly stuped but there non the less. some things that might help when you get that way are deep belly breathing, distractions (like take an object and discribe it out loud down to the smallest detail) squese each mussle (one at a time) for 10-20 seconds then relax it.

what you realy need to do is go to and ED intreatment. there they will tell you the typs of foods to eat how much and when to gain weight back thru mussle not fat.

the fact that your so far along that your hair is falling out is bad. next could litteraly be mold growing on the body (downy moss) which means the body is dieing and giving up.

you need to recover from your ed. both the physical aspact and psychological . the process takes 7-14 (on avrage most of which is out patiant care) years to recover

its worth it . youll be happyer healthyer they will teach you how to exersise proporly and eat right all so that you only gain till your healthy then mataine.

im worried about you even tho i dont know you. if you dont get more help to recover you will die your body with just give up. please look for an intreatment place for EDs

try increasing your cardio. find something harder on the body than walking. your young you can handle it. bump the cal intake back up to 1300 and 1400 so you have the energy. also try adding weights.

the only real thing i can think of is to up the cardio to get rid of the fat. as for weight training. tri. kickbacks, overhead extentions, dips, an upper back works the arms too.

if your using machines try the dumbells. make sure the weight is chalanging and check your posture so that your lifting the weights correctly.

hope that helps

a light snack like what you had is ok to work out on. what happans is a lot of people who eat a meal right before working out get cramps, dizzy, upset stomics ect. thats why most advise against it. but it depends on the person as well.

weight lifting is all relative what is heavy for one is light for another and even if its not if thats what they want to do then thats what they want to do and most likely will do.(i personally think that you should push what you know that you can do so that there will be improvement,no matter how you do it) if it bothers you then inform them and be able to back it up show them how there wrong so that they understand and fix it. and in my personal opinion lifting even a small amount of weight is still better than lifting no weight
