Okay everytime I go to Chili's, I get the Guiltless Grilled Chicken Sandwich meal.

Now I always thought I was eating 500 calories like it has listed on the menu, but one day I was watching this show, and they were testing restaurants calories counts. It ended up that the chicken sandwich actualy had like 650 calories!!!

Try whole wheat pita pockets. You can fill them with anything. I fill mine with turkey and mustard and put some green beans or vegetables in them sometimes. They are very filling.

I'm a female. sry not to mention that.

I am a power tumbler. I tumble an hour on wednesdays, thursdays, and tuesdays. 2 hours on monday. 3 hours on sundays and sometimes 3 hours on saturday too. I also do a lot of ab work and lower body resistance exercise.

I think I may try something 100% whey protein. thanks for the help!

I eat about 1400-1500 normally. I burn about 400-700 calories just from practice.

Cereal - Special K Fruit and Yogurt

Yogurt - lite and fit vanilla

Bread - sugar free Nature's Own whole wheat

Vegetable - cabbage

Frozen Entree - California Kitchen Pizza(only 350 calories for 1/3 of it)

Fruit - apples

Dessert - skinny cow ice cream sandwiches

hey shalz,

i'm 13 and i know how desperate you can get when you want to lose weight. eating one meal a day is not enough. you need to eat just normal size, healthy meals throughout the day that can add up to 1200. you will feel less tired and more energized. about the whole people say you're gaining weight thing, first of all it is not true, second of all have you ever watched the starving children commercials? if u notice they're starving but they're stomachs look like soccer balls. think of it that way. the more normally you eat the healthier you will look and trust me the pounds will come off.

i'm 13 and want to tone up my abs and thighs.

i'm a cheerleader so usally i get my exercise from that and i just like to randomly dance around.

i'm 13 and i  was anorexic for about 7 months and ate way too little. i've started eating double what i used too but it's still way below what i'm supposed to. i can't get nearly close enough to what i'm supposed to eat because i get too full. you should eat normally though, i've started too, it makes you feel so much better. just eat till ur full. you can't keep binging your whole  life so start a new, healthy eating style that you can keep up.

im 14 and about 120ish and 5'6'. i want to lose about 10 pounds. i definitely know what its like to need teen motivation. im a cheerleader and all my friends are like sticks so i don't have anyone to talk to about it.
