hey. jsut rejoined cc for the first time in months. i will try to be good and get on here to comment and lend some support, but i am kind of terrible.
i am 5'2" and weight 159. i put on some weight to play rugby and while i had a blast my face is fatter and so is the rest of me. i want my old body back and i want a better body! currently joined a gym and i am going to start my PT sessions soon. i tried nutrisystem, but it made me sick. i am going to start counting on my own. i am ready to make the transformation and i am ready to lose the weight. i want to be sexier, stronger, healthier, and a better me. i am off my soap box. hahahaha. |

i have been running for the past two years competitively and i have yet to see a difference in my cellulite. i also have that same cellulite-like appearance on my stomach, too. is that really cellulite or is it just fat cells? |

hey i went vegan last august so i am still a newbie at this. :) i describe myself as a total vegitarian because my lifestyle is not completely vegan friendly yet. most of my cosmetics are safe and so are my shampoos and soaps, but my shoes and bags aren't quite there yet. i had most of them before i went veg and i have been more conscientious of my purchases. it hasn't been that hard at all, but cooking was a real challenge for me the first few months. i haven't noticed any weight gain or loss, but i am pretty active and athletic and i eat the same calorie-wise that i did before. needless to say i am pretty frustrated... :( |

| This sounds so much better than searching through all of those people in the twins club. I could never find anyone around my height. Age:19 Wieght: 144 lbs (woot! down 1 pound) Hieght: 5'2" (looks like I'm on the tall end!) Frame: Small Goal Wieght: 120 It would be nice to be 120 by the time I go on vaca, but that's this Friday, and I am not pulling a Beyonce. babwa- you and I are pretty close. | cellulite is jsut sticky fat cells. there really is nothign you can do about it, though moisturizer might help you massage the area to break up the cells a bit. i have found that the mary kay celushape system helps smooth out the area. weight lifting and cardio are also good ways to help the area. you should try squats and lunges as though help to tone up the lower body, not to mention lift the behind! :) | |||

| it sounds like you might be experiencing some chaffing or just irritation. i get that too as my thighs touch, but i heard that's sexy so i guess that means this thread is pretty hot. :) but anyways, you might want to try something called body glide. it looks like a deodorant stick and you apply it the same way. it helps loads. my entire team swears by the stuff. you can pick it up at specialty sporting goods stores stateside, but i dunno where you can get it in the uk. hope that helps some. | |||

I joined track in high school as a thrower and then discovered distance running in college. Now, I can't go a day without running. Yups. Have you ever noticed that when people find out you liek to run, they immediatly regard you as a nutjob? |

| Most people would say I look 120, but I am actually 145. People also say I look 2 inches taller that I really am, too. It's weird. I could wear a six, but then I get the muffin top. I carry most of my weight in my middle. Glad to see some of my fellow ladies out there reppin' the DD's! 34 DD right here!
I unfortunatly have a runner's ass aka NONE. :( |

| I think that for my height, I weight too much. I am muscular in some areas, but I could probably stand to lose a few pounds, especially in the stomach area (curse you, apple shape!). I really want to get down to a comfortable size 6 or maybe even a 4. Does anyone have any good ab workouts besides sit-ups? I hate those, except on an incline bench, but anything would be good. | |||

| According to this site, my expenditure is 2500 calories a day, but that sounds like too much, you know? It also said that I should be eating 2000 calories a day, but I have never eaten that much! That's a LOT!
I might be underestimating calories though, like nocturne said. It's just really frustrating because I work out and eat right while those size 0's don't do anything and are still tiny! >:( |
