chicken macaroni soup - sautee garlic and onion in olive oil. add shredded white chicken meat (cooked), 2-3 tsp. of fish sauce and sautee for a few minutes. add chicken broth, bring to a boil. add macaroni and let it boil until pasta is aldente. add cubed carrots and let it simmer until carrots are cooked. add evaporated milk. simmer for a few minutes. add salt and pepper to taste.

give this a try and let me know if you like it. i'm not sure how much calories this recipe contains, but it sure is tasty. c", ) i just eyeball the measurements, so adjust it as you see fit.

i've had migraines for about 10 years now. initially, a paracetamol took care of it, then i graduated on to 250mg advil, then 250mg mefenamic acid, then finally on 500mg mefenamic acid. then last year my migraines worsened and i had attacks everyday. i went to a neurologist and he prescribed Topamax for me. i took it every night for 60 days, and it worked. i still have migraines once in a while, but not not at the frequency it was before.

it's also good to take note of what your triggers are. mine are food with high MSG content, lack of sleep and skipped meals.

are we supposed to complete all of the reps that debbie does in the video before moving on to the next one? i've been doing SIU for a week now  and i'm not sure whether to move on to RIU or not. i can do most of the moves and reps exept for the plies and squats, but i don't feel the same soreness i did when i first started. for those who are in RIU and BIU, what was your indication of moving up to the next video?

What is everyone going to do when they are finished with SI6? 

I'm really intrigued by P90X. I always see their infomercial and the diffence they show in 90 days is really amazing. But they have a warning that you have to be at a certain fitness level before attempting it, and one of them is completing at least one round of SI6 plus being able to do their tests. I am just in week 1 of SI6 so I won't have to think much about it for the next 5 weeks. c", )

i've just started giving up drinking sodas. i usually drink one can a day, but last i week i only drank one can. c",) now i'm aiming to totally go without it. i still drink coffee everyday, with 1 tsp sugar and 1 tsp non-dairy creamer. is this ok, or is it just the same as drinking the sodas?

i just finished day 2 of SIU. i did a lot better than yesterday, though i still cannot complete those plies and squats! grrr.... my thighs were screaming at me the whole day today (still are), which is a good thing, i guess. i think i'm gonna give it another day or two before moving on to RIU. does anyone has a good music suggestion that would go well with the routines? i find the background music a bit boring.

Hi everyone! I was browsing earlier and found this forum about slim in 6. It was so encouraging and motivating to read that I decided to sign up in CC so I can join in the forums and track my progress as well. I have a copy of the workout and I tried to start several times before, but I didn't push through the 6 weeks because I didn't feel motivated enough. Hopefully with your help and support I will be able to finish it and see the results. Anyone with me??? :)
