| i loooove pasta! especially spinach fettucini----soooo good! also, stuffed portebella mushrooms are yummy. you can stuff them with veggies and cheese, or--if you eat fish--breaded clams. the possibilities are endless. another thing you could do is sautee mushrooms and veggies and put them over pasta or something. | |||

| i know what you mean. i HATE the taste of milk too.
today, almost everything has calcium and/or vitamin d added to it. dannon's light n' fit yogurts are a good source of calcium--and only 60 calories! there are also sugar-free jello puddings--they are yummy and also only have 60 cals, and they are a decent source of calcium. many weight loss or maintenance bars have calcium too. and you can take supplements. |
