Well...

Breakfast: [Typically I have a bowl of Special K but I was out...] I had 1 Peach Light 'N' Fit yogurt, a piece of whole grain toast w/ a little bit of Smart Balance butter, and half a cup of 1% milk.

Snack: Water. Tasty! Ha ha.

Lunch: Ham on whole grain sandwhich with just a little bit of mayonnaise, bowl of Special K, yogurt

Dinner: [Haven't had it yet], but I'll probably just have some grilled skinless boneless chicken with a vegetable.

yay! :]
Fitness What is your work out routine? Jun 26 2007

I go tothe gym and my excersise regimen is this:
I start off with my legs, always. That way when I get around to cardio, my legs are well rested and therefore able to endure more.
Anyway, Istart with a seated leg press. My trick is to gradually increase the amount of weight with the repatitions. I start out at just 10 lbs, I do 20 reps. then I go to 15 lbs, 20 reps, etc. until I get to 30. After the seated leg press I head over to some machine [don't know the name] that works out the outside of your thighs, and after that I go to one that works out the inside. Next, it's arms. I only do 60 arm repitions, because my arm muscles tend to build up rather quickly. Then it's abs, 40 reps on the torso twisty-machine-thing, then 40 on another ab machine. Then it's off to cardio. Depending on my mood, I usually go for the stair climber thingy, treadmill, or bike. Usually I do the treadmill. I always do at least 20 minutes, which is around 70 calories burned. As for calories, I do not intake a lot. I probably eat less than 900 a day. but not a lot of people can do that. So yeah, that's my workout. Good luck!

Let me tell you right off the bat that you are NOT being a baby.
Temperature can make all the difference in how well your body endures excersise. I go to the gym 7 days a week, I always do at least 20 minutes worth of cardio. I'm perfectly fine. Sure, I'm a little sweaty and a little out of breath, but that's supposed to happen. The other day I went to a concert & I walked across the street to buy a camera at Target. It was about95 degrees outside, [I live in South Florida, I get the miserable of the miserable heat] After walking for less than 5 minutes, I alreadyhad a cramp and felt like I was going to DIE. Just jog in place inside, or go to a gym if you can. Good luck! :]

I am one of those that goes to the gym everyday of the week, but that's because my schedule allows it, which I am thankful for.
But as long as you go for at least a few hours everytime you do
go, it should be okay. Just make your time worth while & push
yourself a little more each time. Good luck:]
Weight Loss I'm always hungry Jun 26 2007

Drink water until you feel that you are about to burst. Sounds
stupid, but if you're full from water, you're not going to be
hungry. Also, you the more water you drink the more you lose
weight. :]
