| Hey, room for another member? Im working in that set of numbers right now. It's the hardest to get past I've always found, I plateau there and cant get down, and I cheat and lose will power and binge and its just really frustrating. I did great in the higher numbers, but now im stuck. Physycial limitations and pain keep me from excercising much, but i try to keep moving all the time, even just sitting on an excercise ball instead of a chair...every movement counts right? | |||

| I drink a glass of chocolate 'Silk' Soy milk for breakfast and it usually takes me several hours past lunch time, it definately has a good appetite satisfaction effect and hey, its extra protein so you cant go wrong. | |||
