Hey there... Not trying to freak you out at all, but better safe than sorry!

It sounds to me like it can either be HPV or a yeast infection.. You may want to go to your OBGYN and rule out HPV if you can..

I have TMJ also.. My jaw used to crack everyyytime I opened it for awhile... Kissing boys and all! haha..

It has gotten to the point where I don't even notice it anymore..

Chew as little gum as possible, as the constant "open/close" motion doesn't help... and try to lay off of chewy foods for awhile.

Have you tried anotherdentist? or maybe have a consultation from an oral surgeon. Sometimes they can suggest some things that can make the TMJ less painful or a mouth piece to sleep with it in to try and correct the problem.

Honestly though, it gets better (well.. for me it did at least) over time. It doesn't bother me at all anymore..

Foods Evil cereal! Mar 20 2009

I'm not sure if you are interested in yogurt at all, but I have a cereal suggestion..

For breakfast, I have one of the 80 calorie dannon light and fit yogurts and top it with 1/4 cup to 1/2 cup of kashi go lean crunch(between 47 to 90 calories) ... add a banana and a coffee and i have my breakfast for either 250 or 300 calories... and you get your cereal fix.

Also works well with dannons low fat yogurt with one splenda mixed in--> depending on whether you like just plain yogurt or flavored kinds that the light and fit versions offer...

just a suggestion!

Foods Sweet Tooth! Mar 19 2009

Chocolate or caramel rice cakes (50 calories each)

light popcorn with a few chocolate morsels thrown in (salty and sweet--but limit the chocolate.. you won't need much!)

frozen grapes... they take a little white extra to eat and are so good!

One last questions... So I used to start my pill packs on Sunday, but since I am skipping my sugar pills this month, I will just begin my pill packs on Wednesday from now on since the sugar pills start today?

It won't change the effectiveness of the pill, correct?

I have been buying Dannon's plain fat free yogurt.

I use one cup of that (110 calories).... one packet of splenda mixed in... and 1/4 cup of Kashi go lean crunch on top (48 calories)....

I side that in the morning with a banana and a medium coffee and I couldn't be happier! =)

I am really hoping! I just heard that sometimes it doesn't work the first time because your body is used to the pill.

Congrats, but why over a year from now?

(says the person who had a 90 day engagement)

:D

I would love to marry him tomorrow, trust me!

But 2 reasons:

I don't graduate from college until December, so I wanted to wail until atleast then...

And then his brother plays football for Nebraska and is only home 2 1/2 weeks in December and 3 weeks at the end of May/beginning of June.. So I chose May 22nd =)

I've lost about 4-5kg over the last 2 months or so, maybe more due to stress and change in contraception (I went from being on the pill to Depo) and my boobs have shrunk noticeably- I feel so un-feminine, I used to want petite boobs but now I want them back. I am still the same bra size but its like the fat is gone from them? Is that at all possible?

About 4 years ago.. I was a full C cup... I lost about 30 pounds.. and went from a size 7 jeans to a 1... and went from a C-cup to an A... I don't think they are coming back any time soon! But they are still there and perky! Can't complain, though, that wouldn't have been my first choice on where to lose weight from!

I "started quitting" about a week before Christmas.  I took Chantix for two weeks.  Once the cravings stopped, I figured I could do it on my own from there.  I didn't have any problem with the med, but two weeks isn't very long to judge.  I have slipped once or twice and given in to the urge to have a cig.  My husband smokes and so does most of the people I work with, so it makes it a little more difficult.  So, if you need an online buddy, count me in!

Let's give it a shot, girl! I'm in.

I've heard about 4 success stories from people that have used Chantix. One of them is my aunt who has smoked for probably 40 years.

I'm a former smoker myself. I smoked for 10 years and quit cold turkey and I've been smoke free for almost 10 years. For me, it was really easy compared to losing weight.

I think I would prefer to do cold turkey.. I haven't heard the greatest things about Chantix.. I know a lot of people that have had suicidal thoughts and such when they began it.. Scary stuff!

I love skiing and I am just about the most non-athletic person I know....and I was 36 the first time I got on skiis. It is great fun. I would highly recommend taking lessons it will be well worth it.

In my opinion, the whole skiing experience is enhanced by having the right gear on. Look into microfleece shirt, synthetic under shirt and under pants, ski gloves, waterproof ski jacket and ski pants...and DO NOT forget nice merino wool socks. You will be so glad to make the investment in this gear and layer it up when you are on the mountain. You don't need any of this but I really don't like being wet and cold so for me....it was required.

One more thing: on the days when you have class, you should rent the short skis. It is SOOOOO much easier to ski with SHORT skis! I had made the bad choice of renting beginner skis in the town I live in and taking them with us because it was so much cheaper to do that and we were driving/had the space. When I got there, I did the first hour with these longer beginner skis and ended up ditching the rest of the class and getting a rental of really short skis. It was SOOOOOOOO much easier to learn with the little skis. After a couple of classes, I was able to ski and enjoy the longer skis.

I wish you luck and I hope you have tons of fun....Wish I were going to Lake Tahoe too!!!!

Thank you soo much for the confidence!! It's nice to know people started out at my age and that I'm not alone in this! haha.... I will try to rent a pair of shorter skiis there, but I think I am going to be skiing with the one's I got for my birthday! Here's a picture of them and my boots..
