aftonmae: sounds good! I'll e-mail you.  I want to start this monday again doing something hardcore.  Change my schedule a little bit when it comes to working out and my usual eating habits.  I was hoping to lose 5 pounds by April 26. Which is about 2 weeks.  Hopefully we can help each other!

I definitly dont think its the same size because none of my older ones fit me. and the 34DD fits me perfectly now. And it's the same style I always wear.

I have taken pills before.  Actually I am taking them right now but I don't believe the pills supress your appetite or make you lose without without eating right or exercising.  You need to do both with the pills.  The pills are just that extra push you need.  For example they help me a lot because mine has ephadra in it.  I have two jobs (about 70 hours) and I have a household to take care of.  Without the pills I would have NO energy to work out. 

But like someone mentioned here before that your body will start getting used to the pills and stop working.  So what I am planning to do is finish the bottle (about a months worth of supply) and then take a month off, and then take it for another month.

spoiled_candy: Why did you say if your planning to have babies you shouldn't take diet pills? I'm just wondering if I missed something because i did do an intensive search on diet pills before I started taking them and I have never read anywhere about diet pills reducing your chances of having children.  If you have any information please let me know because I would really like to read it since i am planning to have children.  Thanks!

I'm 24. Start weight 156 ( a year ago) current weight 132. Goal 125.  I have skinny legs and arms and carry all my weight in my mid section.  If anyone has the same stats as me and goals as me PLEASE ADD ME AS YOUR BUDDY! i need it more now then ever... it gets so much harder in the end...

IM_AMY: 5'6 and 120 pounds is not underweight.  I believe the BMI comes up to 19. something and the range for normal weight is 18.5-24.9. and thats using the link you gave me :-)

yay this is awesome! we should post everyday what we had so we can get ideas from each other on what to eat.

Im 24. I started last year january at 156 and stopped in may or so and then gained 10 pounds back and then lost some...hahaha... up and down! Right now I'm at 133. Trying to reach 125. oh and im 5'6

It's only 9:30 AM so I will list what I are yesterday.

Breakfast: Granola cereal and tea

Lunch: whole wheat pasta with broccoli/carrots and grilled chicken

Dinner: 2 slices of whole wheat bread with boca burgers

2 cups of fresh orange juice

So thats right between 1200-1400 cals

umm tips? i dont have any!!! you guys give me some!

xojewlzox: I saw your picture and i think you are so BEAUTIFUL! I want to get rid of the fat first. I know muscle weighs more then fat so you saying that you weigh the same as me makes sense but you look so much skinnier then me. so first i will get rid of the fat and then make muscle.

Everyone else... I have increased my calories and I stopped working out on the weekends so I am going to try to do 5 days a week.

I'm doing the Fat Smash Diet right now.  In the Detox phase I lost 5 pounds.  Right now I am phase 2 the second week.  The first week i lost 4 pounds.  I weigh myself once a week. 

I actually like it a lot but it's really very simple. Just eat a lot of veggies and work out lol.  Buy the book which is $13 or go to www.fatsmashdiet.com

Happy Diwali!!! (Well on friday)

I figure home made food is so much healthier then outside food anyways so i count my calories when making indian food but not to the dot.

I buy roti from the indian store which already has the calories on the pack. (1 roti 200 calories!) and then just try to stick to veggies instead of meat and no ghee! Just use Pam spray.

I sure could use a gulab jamun right now though!

omg I always wanted to have a HIGH metabolism but no being able to take pain killers, or taking them and them not working is worse for me!!!

I get really bad migraines once in a while so I need my Tylenol.  O guess every one pros and cons

Try to go vegetarian for a couple of days...

When I want to "cleanse" my body I usually eat just fruit and veggies for a day...

Breakfast: Banana/apple/orange

Lunch: A plain salad (no chicken and no dressing)

Dinner: grilled veggies

I feel sooooo light at the end of the day....feels great!

ok im 5'6 and 137 pounds

sit at the desk for 8 hours and then work out 1 hour a day which i wrote in there.

CC said i should take about 1400 calories

This thing said 1200!!! LOL and 40 grams of fat which seems reasonable....

Today is Saturday so I'm going to eat a LITTLE bit more...

Breakkast: 2 pieces of toast (160 C)

Tea: 100 c

Banana: 160 C

Orange: 85 C

Lunch: Lean Cuisine 320 C

Tea: 11 C ( I put milk in my tea that's why it's a 100!)

Dinner: Im making whole wheat pasta with red peppers, broc, onions, and ground turkey... 585 C

Dessert: Skinny Cow Ice cream 110 C

Total: 1610 C

Usually I eat 1400 C

I would cut up veggies like cilantro and cucumber and carrots put them in a sandwich bag....

or dry cereal... thats what i use to take to school :-)

Before I thought the same thing. A calorie is a calorie but think about it.  If you want to have 500 calories for a lunch meal... then which one do you think is better.  A Cheeseburger (I dont know how many calories it really is but its just an example) or a turkey sandwich with some soup? Both will be 500 calories but one is a little bit healthier then the other because of the fat intake and sodium etc etc

If that was the case then I would eat Chipotle once a day! Their burrito is 1300 calories and I would just split it up in two meals.

But its just not that easy lol.

so 300 for both slices and 230 for the chicken and lets just add another 100 for the mustard, lettuce, and onions...

630.... wow.... lol...... and thats 630 in disgusting calories... not good calories...

I never use ghee... pam is my best friend...

Feydruss: How do you make ur curry with yogert?  I would use chicken but whenever I make butter chicken with fat free whipping cream, and tomato sauce....all the calories just add up!

i had dhal twice last week :-) need a change... ill see

SOUTHWEST CHICKEN SALAD from mcdonalds!!! yum!

320 without salad dressing and 420 with salad dressing and its really good.

And Healthy Choice came out with their steamed bowls which are really good and they are about 300 some calories...

Progresso soup... 120 cals a serving and have a piece have wheat bread with it... 60 cals... and that really fills you up!

colleen10: I do believe I can do it. I lost 18 pounds and I'm sure I can do another 15 pounds.  It's just that I feel like I am doing something wrong now.  The first 18 pounds I lost by cutting out junk food and soda and 30 mins exercising.  Now I eat AROUND 1400 calories and exercise for an hour burning 500 calories.  So I do not eat those 500 calories back.  I go on the threadmill and burn 500 calories in an hour.  My 1400 and 500 calories are totally seperate. Does that make sense?

stellajo: correct.  CC told me to eat 1500 so I aim for 1400 but im sure I go over.  And then I burn 500 calories at the gym.  But I dont eat those 500 calories in ADDITION to my 1400 calories....

this sounds like "fun" LOL I'm in!

Weight: 137

Height: 5'6

Goal: 120

1.5 pounds a week

Maybe we should discuss how we are doing it so others can get ideas from us. 

I eat 1400 calories, try to exercise for 1 hour = 500 calories.... started this routine since the 24th.... so far so good!
