I'm not really an emotional eater but an awful boredom eater.

Each time i can't find something to do I just somehow wander into the kitchen and find myself eating chunks of baguettes, tootsie rolls, a spoonfil of ice cream, etc.

I'm trying to get better by distracting myself with sewing, writing, actually doing my homework. Really, just anything that will keep me out of the kitchen.

The breads will be my downfall.

I can't get enough of rolls, biscuits, baguettes.

And my grandma makes this amazing rice from Puerto rico that is to die for......

I went over my limit by 850 calories.

All thanks to a slice of medium pizza, a fun size pack of peanut M&M's, and a pretty big hunk of banana cake.

I ate all these knowing that I was already at my limit.

Worth it? Somewhat.

Know how many tablespoons/cups of the dressing you put in at the begining.

Then just measure how much you have left once the meat is done marinading.

Subtract the new number from the original number and the difference is how much stuck

Mine is 145lb

I'm naturally really curvy so I'd never be able to get down to something twiggy-esque.

My mummy was never home when I got back from schhol so she'd leave me money and I'd order Chinese food EVERY DAY.

It was the worst stuff too.

Lots of fried rice, steamed rice with soy sauce, sweet&sour chicken, potstickers, orange chicken, eggrolls.

And each time I passed the kitchen I would cut off a slice of strawberry danish or grab some twizzlers.

But the worst is probably that I didn't nkow a thing about calories and assumed that if something was "low-fat" or "fat free" that I could eat as much as I wanted and not gain weight.

**ahem** Marshmellows, twizlers, sour patch kids.

No wonder I was 5' 5" and 185lb

Oh jeez.

Unhealthy: Orange Chicken and white rice from Panda Express, eggrolls, fried rice, sweet and sour chicken, tempura of all kinds, every sort of Danish, Chili's baby back ribs to go, banana almond icecream from Baskin-Robbins

Healthy: Chicken Tomeso on french (half portion) from Panera, Black bean soup from Panera, Over Roasted Chicken wrap loaded with veggies w/o mayo, oil, or cheese from Subway

for 2 cupcakes

3 1/2 tablespoons of the cake mix

about 2 1/2 tablespoons of butter

2 tablespoons of milk

a small splash of lemon juice

about a tablespoon of egg (beaten)

1 1/2 teaspoons of hot water

On a usual day I eat about 1300-1500 calories.

I don't get alot of excerise but during PE in school, I try really hard.

Some days (although not often enough), I'll go for a 40 minute walk.

I always but everything into the smallest plate/bowl/container I can squeeze it into so it looks like I have more food.

I have to pre-portion my food before i eat it. I can't just eat it from the bag/box because I'll eat it until it's gone.

Breakfast: A sandwhich with LOTS of cinnamon peanutbutter and banana or the Strawberry funnel cakes from IHOP

Lunch: Chicken Tomesto Sandwhich and cream of chciken soup from Panera and a Berries & Cream Dr. Pepper. Or a slice of cheese pizza, fries, and a brownie from school along with Dr. Pepper.

Dinner: My mum's tomatillo enchilladas smothered in sauce and cheese.

Dessert: Coconut-Almond ice cream or fried ice cream.

But Chinese food for breakfast, lunch, and dinner would be even more heavenly!

Currently I'm at 150-152 so it's not THAT much left to lose.

I started at 163.

My mum and everyone else think I'm fine as is but I still want to lose more. And tone up my thighs and butt. ^_^

It hit me hardest when I got my sweet 16 pictures back and saw how big I was.

And realizing that I couldn't even go up the stairs in school without getting tired.

Thankfully, I'm healthier now and getting better.

I'm a loose 12 getting back into 10.

It's a big change from my largest size being an 18.

I'd really like to get down to a 6.

A 4 would be amazing but I think that may be pushing it.

So 6 it is! ^_^

I like my boobies. ^_^

And ever since i was little i've always had complements on my eyes because the color is gorgeous.

I like my hair too. I have alot of it and it's really resistent to drying.

Hi!

I'm 15, 5'5", medium build and currently at 153 pounds.

My goal weight is 140 and so far I've lost 5 pounds.

I'm trying to lose it by the end of August which is just in time for the start of school. (gonna be a sophmore. ^_^)

I try to eat 1300 calories a day but I wake up so late that sometimes it's hard to even reach 1000.

I walk for exercise but I'm joining either tennis or cross country this year.

Breakfast: A plain toasted english muffin with a slice of american cheese and two slices of shaved turkey; some grapes, a bottle of water

Snack: A low fat Quaker granola bar

Lunch: Lean Cuisine Margherita Pizza; a bottle of water

Dinner: A flour tortilla spread with peanut butter and a half of a banana;  an apple; a bottle of water.

Snack: Quaker low fat granola bar and two little snickers minis as a treat; a bottle of water
