i would have to agree, the motivation. its a struggle to get from my house to the gym. but once i'm there, i'm good...

i wish cc was a gym where i could look forward to seeing you guys everyday! that would be so much better!

yeah, i feel ya kewi...i can't really talk to my friends about it because i come off as being obsessed. i am, but the more you learn, the more you want to share. thats why cc works for me, i can come on here and talk talk talk away!

u are not alone. i'm on cc all day at work! i just love it, it gives me comfort in knowing that i am not alone on this journey. i wish cc was a place we could all go to when we reach out goal weights!

wow guys! these are so insane! i guess mine would have to be all watermellon. yup i ate watermellon all day. and i lost like 5lbs in 3 days but i almost fainted in the shower on day 3. so i stopped and gained those 5lbs right back plus more!

hello all.

as of today i am officially apart of this chain of support ;)

i'm looking at 146.5 right now, my next weigh in at my doctor's office is monday. its been about 2 weeks so we will see where i'm at. i'm looking to get to 135 by september. i want to get there and see how that suits me. i've lost about 18 thus far since april. as i get closer it gets harder. and the self motivation is slowly fading. i could really use you guys with getting there. i will be here for you as well.

someone take me in!!! lol ;)

kinda on the pricey side. i just look at the contents and look for non brand items that are in the same range and alot cheaper.

really good! just like the weight watchers kinda, but less $ and calories. you just have to be careful because they're next to all the hight calorie pastries which could be very tempting. there is a "no fat" label on them and be sure to check the nutritional facts on the back just to be sure.

yeah! i love chocolate too, i have to have some type of it everyday...i usually eat fiberone oats & chocolate chewy granola bars. they are the best! they have 9g of fiber at 140 cals a bar. i also snack on the chocolate rice cake chips. there pretty tasty as well. hmm...oh yeah, special k chocolate delight cereal. its great and 120 cal per serving.

sometimes when i get a late night chocolate craving i make some 25 cal hot chocolate. it gets the job done sparing me those extra calories.

yeah doris...i'm with ya! i tried it last night and didn't go so well either ;(

our supermarket had the huge box of knox unflavored gelatin. i went the cheap route and got the sugar free strawberry jello pack. i followed the recipe but the taste was bitter. i even added more sugar. it tasted like nasty strawberries and unsweetened chocolate.

does the flavored jello make that much of a difference? and also, i used almond extract and cocoa powder, was i suppose to use one or the other?

honey nut cheerios and speacial k chocolate delight...a 1/2 cup of soy milk added with a slice of whole wheat toast and no sugar syrup. about 200 cals

thanks everybody for replying. i'm actuall 21 years old. i'm trying something new this week. shake my body up for a bit. i usually intake about 1300-1400 cals with 3 days of an hour of elliptical or walk/jog...the new plan...

-consume 1225 healthy cals/day

-the elliptical (50mins) 6 times a week

...we'll see where this gets me...
