| I would do a search on the internet. Just type in treadmill reviews or something like that and it will give you a list and you can go from there! I also think that they do reviews on different amounts so you can compare the ones in your price range for what you would like to use it for. Hope that helps. | |||

| True the aging thing is lame but the idea of the show is great. Have you seen Shaq's new show about childhood obesity? It's great he is trying to make PE manditory, change school lunches, and help transform some kids to show that it can be done. I think it's great that a celeb is using his status to help people in our own country!!! | |||

| Hey thanks guys, I didn't know if it was normal or a lot:) Jettaranger, I have just been pushing my daughter in her stroller and doing different workouts at home with weights. It has been a loss all over except for my hips, arrrg. It still is frustrating because I can't see it in the clothes, but that will come with time I guess. | Just thought I would mention that the new crackers from All-Bran are great. There are 5 grams of fiber in each serving. And for 18 crackers at 120-130 calories, it's totally worth it. The garlic herb are really good and the multi grain are good with a hint of sweet:) I try to eat clean but sometimes you gotta have a cracker! | |||

| One that is great and so easy is lay on your stomach and raise arms and legs, so you are balancing on the stomach and hips. You will look like superman:) I've been doing this one for 1 min. at a time and am trying to do it 5 times a day. It really works, everything is contracted so you have to work! Hope that helps! | |||

| I would think that a little bit of a celebration is ok, but I am no expert. I would be careful with the beer just because sometimes alcohol(sp) can lower your inhibitions and you eat more than you would regularly. Moderation is key, that's what I'm told. Some people go by the 20/80 rule. If at least 80% of your diet is clean then you have 20% to have a little fun. Also in the grand scheme of things if you only do this now and then it might be ok, but if it turns into you doing it all the time that is when you have trouble. I don't know if I helped:) | |||

| On your page go to Tools and under that will be expenditure and allowance. Go to expenditure to see how many calories you burn a day just living, and then go to allowance to see how many calories you need to lose 1-2 pounds a week. From what I've seen people check the sedentary box and then add in whatever activity they do above that. Hope this helps:) | |||

| Actually yeah I was trying to be good and got a salad with chicken at a grill place and when I checked the calories when I got home on the net the dang salad had 638 calories. And I didn't have bacon, avocado, or croutons!! Frustrating after trying to make a healthy choice:( | |||
