This week was incredible!
I had netball endurance training twice this week (very very very vigiours) and regular training for the other 3 days!

It's the weekend and I'm resting =)
I'm so proud of myself though!
14 days clean from bingeing

snack: 1 1/2 go ahead fruit slice thingys

lunch: broccoli & cheese backed potato and a large diet coke @ wendy's

dinner: 2 fish sticks & 5 tyson's chicken nuggets

snack: hmmm.. i'll probably pick on some assorted melon

breakfast - yogurt, 3/4 cup honey bunches of oats (dry) & 1 1/2 slices of those Go Ahead fruit thingys. [about 7:30]

lunch- broccoli and cheese baked potato from wendy's

I had lunch at about 11.. it's 1 now and i'm not even close to hungry! =]

snack- soon

dinner- soon

snack (maybe) - soon..not really lol

potato's are good!
but just like everything else, not too much is good.
eat up the skin for fibre!

also, it depends on what you put on it. go easy on the cheese and ass lots of veggies!

breakfast: 1 whole egg and 2 egg whites scrambled. 1 slice whole wheat bread

snack: 1 cup cubed watermelon & 2 cups air popped popcorn

lunch: mini lettuce wraps ...i just came up with this recipe today and i can't wait til tomorrow to have it again!!!.. in it is..sweet peppers, tomatos, cabbage & broccoli sauteed in..nothing lol saving those calories =) i added grilled turkey bacon and plantain to this and wrapped the mixture up in lettuce leaves! this was sooo good! i'm excited! I'm gonna try to come up with some more recipes.

snack: yogurt

dinner: i might just have a few fish sticks with some cucumbers.

I just made it for lunch!
it's sooooooo goooddddddd!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
SO SOS OSOSOOOOSOSOS good!

i sauteed some sweet peppers, cabbage, tomatos and broccoli while I grilled some turkey bacon. I added both the bacon and some plantain to the mixture and had it with the lettuce! the plantain makes it nice and sweet. I reccomend this to the fullest!
and now..i'm stuffed lol.

1 whole egg + 2 egg whites scrambled with 1/4 cup of sweet peppers and another 1/4 cup of tomatos.
1 slice of w/w bread
20oz water!

I usually hate seasonings but I needed something to spice up my eggs to make it different. I was getting bored with the plain ol' eggs alone. Next time I'm gonna put some onions in there! It gives me an extra serving of veggies for the dayyyy
