dont worry about it :) one binge wont really affect you. i know this as i have been binging for over a year now. i think the best way to stop is to just tell yourself your not going to binge the next day , and just take it one day at a time. but dont focus on binging when you get home because you most likely will. what i learned from my experiences with binging is that if you dont deprive yourself during the day you have a better chance at not overeating later. let yourself have that one cookie if it will help you to not overeat later. Eat balanced meals when you can, i know you said u have dance all day but try your best to eat healthy throughout the day, and i find that if you try really hard to be healthy on one particular day then you will be less likely to binge because you dont want to ruin your whole day/ i hope this helped. if you have any more questions feel free to ask :) |

| it would be hard for me to plan my meals because i am 15 lol and i eat whatever my mom makes, which is usually healthy. But im just trying to not overeat. i dont stress out if i eat a piece of pizza or a cookie its just that eating these things will lead to a binge and im tryin to learn how to control this. Like today i went out for pizza with my famiy, and when i got home i didnt eat anything else because i was full and it felt great. I usually binge after i eat anything "bad" and today i didnt!! I feel like i finally have control over what i eat and it has only been two days lol | |||

| im so glad im not alone in this!! height :5'5'' current weight:121 not looking to loose weight, but to maintain, maybe go to 115 i use to weight 100 lbs and i looked way too skinny. im happy with my weight right now and dont want to gain any more due to binging. |

| omg in exactly the same. 5'5'' and small framed i used to be 100 pounds now im 109 due to binging :( i promised myself i would no longer binge starting in october. i binged about 1-2 times per week for 2 months and gained nine pounds!!! i hate it | |||

good job!!! i too binged 1-2 times per week and am proud to say i didn't binge this week at all!! it just feels amazing to finally have control over what i eat. |

| i looked it up on their website and for a soft taco with ground beef, lettuce, salsa, and cheese its only 180 calories!!! im getting that, its called the full monty.
now i must conquer not eating those delicious tortilla chips that come with your meal!!!!!( i won't get them) |
