Hello everyone, I just wanted to drop in and say hi and root you all on! I am not able to be on here as often as I'd like due to family issues, but I am always thinking of you all and I am also plugging away and SO not giving up on my goal! I have lost the two pounds from before !!! so I am happy and I even lost 1 pound over the weekend!!! and thats with pizza and pop!! So I am happy!!!!

Keep up the great effort ladies we are so awesome!!!!!!

We just got back from my aunts, we have been alot this summer! so I wanted to stop in to say hi to everyone. It may start to slow down a bit, I hope!

Well I have gain 2 pounds from the last time I logged in but I know I can lose that easily now that I am back in the game and writing every calorie I take in again. I am gonna make my goal no matter how long this takes me!!

Hello everyone,

Its been so busy here and we never seem to be home much, almost makes me look forward to the fall when the kids go back to school! lol in a way I really do cuz I do sooo much better with my eating when I dont have to make brkfst and lunch for the kids everyday. I know I will be doing a heck of alot better come fall!! lol Well off to pack for our camping trip have a great rest of the week and weekend everyone take care.

Thanks mini mary! I know what yea mean with the being temted  Do i EVER! lol guess thats why I regained huh lol lolDont know about the tea but my sister swears by green tea she a health nut! lol.

Even when I stopped for a while I new then I wasnt stopping forever cuz I do want this weight of once and for all! and wont stop fully tell I get it off it may take me another yr to get there but thats ok as long as I get it off!!!!!! I will not give up tell I get there even with a few bumps in the road =).

Life has been so much easier with the weight I have already lost like when we went to Vally fair (its compared to six flags) I could fit into ALL the rides easy!!! it was so nice not to have to think about, will I fit? But I want to get to a much better weight and not be classified as overweight!! One day I WILL!!

Well I need to scat so I can get some alone reading time before everyone wakes up! have a great day and HAPPY FORTH OF JULY!!! its so great to be back on here!!

Oh by the way I have gone down 4 pounds this week alone!! too bad every friday isnt like this!!!! lol

Sounds like so many of you are doing so good at plugging away! it so helps me to be good too! I did really good yesterday, I wrote out my days meal plan and stuck to it! I am really looking forward to my weigh in on friday morning.

Hello Everyone, I know long time no see, huh! Well I dont have a good reason why I stopped, just got tried of tracking everything I put in my mouth after doing it for months on end. so I didnt and of course I went over and gained 15 pounds back on sence I last weighed in back in March! so here I go again. I wasnt surprised and can't blame anyone but myself, so I am gonna slowly get back on track. I am finding it hard to find time to get on CC but that doesnt mean I cant log in my notebook I keep on my kitchen counter. Its great to see some new ppls too! and many regulars still here!

Hello Everyone

Katie, hang in there! we all have our bad days / weeks just don't let it get the best of you, make yourself get back on track. once you are it gets easier. and treat yourself to some me time take a candle lit bubble bath and think about all the good things you have done for you.

Been busy with the kids being home all week and once again need to take my own advice! have gotten off the path a bit but nothing too horrible. I have been really bad about workin out so need to get back on track with that if I'm gonna keep my weight going down. The never ending battle! lol I so hate to work out! I know I keep saying that cuz I really do!!! lol but I will do it anyways! lol lol I know I know I'm whining and sounding more like my kids! lol lol

Sorry I havent been around much lately, been in a funk & dont feel like doing anything, like sitting at the puter. dont know why I just feel blah ya know. But surprisingly I still lost 2 more pounds this week and thats with only working out twice but I did try to watch my cal intake . I hope your all doing good. keep pluggin away. I may have my down times but I never get to the point where I am gonna give up, no way I have come too far to give up now.

Barbara, I'm in the same boat as you this week. I have TOM and the last two days have been munchin like crazy. low cal stuff but still eating like crazy I hope today I can get it under control. Really wish I could wire my jaw shut! =)

Hello everyone, Happy hump day!

Barbara, Way to go on losing 9 pounds! thats wonderful!!!

Cetifiable crazy here too and proud!! lol

Karen dont be surprised if you still lose. I didnt lose all week last week tell the day of my weigh in! so dont give up hope, keep on chugging away and watching what you eat and keep moving and I think you will do just fine.

Well I'm having a good week with my eating, I keep it at or below my limit but missed mon workout, but as long as I work out the rest of the week I should be fine.

I'm off to playgroup with my 2 yo have a great week ladies!!

Barbara I'm glad you had time with your family, well needed I'm sure. Your such a good mom!

After getting DH to do all of his honey do list yesterday (and the items I wanted to get done myself) we wanted to get out of the house today so we took the kids to the conservatory and it really gave me spring fever!! and it was a chance to spend time as a family. I did go over my calorie limit yesterday and gained one pound but today I'm doing REALLY good so I know I'll lose that by tomorrow.

 

I hope every one continues to have a great rest of  the weekend.

Chocolate! love it too! I keep it in my room and have a truffle every so often and just one is 70 cal but ooooh so good!

Karen let me know if you like the soup I hope you do.

Great News!!! I lost two more pounds this week, which puts me at 183!! Doing the happy dance~~~~

Yep Angie I am a good one for sneaking peeks at the scale lol you are sooo right about it helping you stay on track so true! Sometimes when I come in under I will find a really lite snack to eat or just leave it and mark it up to a REALLY good day.

Lora I'm glad to hear you don't have to talk to yourself now but I sure did get a laugh out of it. It was so funny!

Far as 12 and 13 yr olds go I am lucky my son who is 12 almost 13 is still doing good, no talking back yet and is a great help around the house. But I'm sure its coming as he gets older, he is by far my easiest out of my three kids.

I went to the doller store today and they had Progresso soup carb monitor Tuscan Brand Meatballs and only 100 cal a serv and its 2 serv and it was soooo good! I'm gonna go back and get some more before there all gone.

I have the same problem with eating at night. sooo now, I save calories for my night time cravings. I eat 800 threw out the day and save 300 for the evening and so far its been working cuz its a habit I know I wont stop even when I reach my goal weight.

I also weigh in on fridays I weigh as soon as I get up. and I also sneak in weigh in's threw out the week to make sure I'm staying on the right track but the one I record is my Friday ones.

Wow there is alot of new peeps here! Glad to see it, Sorry I have not been around, I have been taking care of a house full of sick people, one would get the flu and just when they were getting better the next one got sick ugh!! thankfully I didnt get it and now everyone is doing better yeah! Now I can concentrate on me again.

I noticed I wasn't losing at 1300 calories a day so I dropped it to 1100 and now I am losing again! I am still doing my 30 min walk and drinking my water too.

I read that some of you are doing water workouts. I'm thinking of doing that this summer at the Y when we get a summer family membership. I can't wait! but can wait to get into the suit! ugh! lol

Glad to have you here =) So what kind of plan are you doing so far? Me I'm just watching my calorie intake I try to keep it around 1300 a day and I have been doing really good the past two weeks. I also try to move 30 min 5x a day

So ya can cook with it to? way cool =) 

So how is everyone doing this weekend? For our superbowl party if you can call it that (we watch it for the commercials and never watch tell the end)  we are hanging out with the kids. I got all good stuff like shrimp, whole wheat crackers,salsa, homemade quacamole dip, hummus and mushrooms stuffed with crabmeat.That way I wont eat bad Smile and hot wings for hubby and kids(I hate them!) so all in all a very healthy spread . I went to the store and found the almond breeze, its not cheap that's for sure so I'm thinking this stuff better be good for the all this mula and I went home and tried it asap and loved it!! way better then I thought I would. For anyone who hasn't tried it I would recommend it. Its so yummy with cereal. Thanks once again Molly for your great food ideas.

Julie, I have heard its best to work out 20 min right before you eat after each meal, but who can do that? not me, I tend do to it in the morning so I can get it out of the way. I have been better on eatting veggies not as much as I should but better then beforeSealed Enjoy your workout and keep eatting your veggies!
